Called specifically to ask about the online order buy one get one 50% off coupon. Manager stated the online one didnt work but... he could take it in the store. My husband reiterated we can come there order the sandwiches and get the discount. To which heanswered "yes". Got to the store to order, told him my husband called about the coupon and he argued with me about never tellinghim that and refused to honor the coupon. Never going there again this is not the first time the customer service has beenhorrible there and why we specifically called to make sure they would accept it. Read more
Ridiculous service. I tried the subway app because I was told service was faster. What I wasn't told is that all the deals and... coupon codes they send me couldn't be used on the app. Anyway that's how I ended up at the Harvest Square Subway location. Acoupon that lured me in for disappointment. When I couldn't use the coupon I chose to edit my meal. When I hit edit, all thecustomization reset and I didn't know it. Now here I am with a sandwich I can't eat because of allergies and the ridiculousservice at the Harvest Square location stating they WONT remake my sandwich because it was ordered online. Read more
Best subway in Madison as far as customer service and food quality is concerned. The staff mostly consists of HS teens but there... are some adults that work there as well; all have really good attitudes. However the turnover rate seems to be high as I rarelysee the same Folks more than 2-3 times and we visit this Subway once a week. We never have issues with food, service oranything. Now their drink machine has been down for over 6 months which is ridiculous, so you?ll be limited to basic sprite andcoke. Read more
LOVE the location and it being close to my school makes it the better and easier to get to. The staff there are very... understanding and tend to be quiet friendly towards everyone even when rushed. The food there is also pretty good. Enough towhere the curtain items sell out later into the nights. I feel this place deserves a 5/5 on any subject Read more
The salad was not fresh. Neither were the vegetables on the sandwiches. The meat on the sandwiches did not smell fresh either.... Ordering via a delivery service costs so much more money and there are few price breaks. For examples, cookies are sold percookie price, and not as a break if you order a certain number, as always. Sandwiches were fine but very disappointed that they weren?t running the special BOGO! If the ad is running on TV and it?s the... first thing to pop up on the app, it shouldn?t be an option for the store. And I won?t know if my store is participating in thepromotion until I complete my order. Waste of my time! Also, if you order using the app you shouldn?t have to wait while theycontinue taking other customers orders. It happens every time.
