I ordered several tacos and a Mexican pizza in the drive-thru. They were friendly taking my order. After receiving my order I... pulled into a parking spot. My Mexican pizza was at the bottom of the bag under the tacos and probably a third of it was out ofthe box and on the side of my bag (inside the bag). I opened the Mexican pizza box and it was all smashed up. I walked backinside and then I showed my Mexican pizza box and said the rest of its in the bag. I was thinking they would just offer toremake it, maybe even wanting me to give back the 1/3 that?s in the bag when they did. Due to the poor customer service and theIDGAF attitude I just decided to get a refund. While the manager is giving a refund I hear the girl in the back saying watchhow you bag the orders because of people like me. I guess I am an awful customer who didn?t want to pay for food that feelslike I pulled it out of a trash can. I mean if it was free or I only paid a few dollars sure ? I?ll just move on and eat it. Poor customer service - I did get a refund. Huge waste of time. I would not recommend this location. I?m sure not everyonewill have a bad experience like mine but I won?t be back. Read more
Poor quality food, no care to make the food properly. Always a giant mess when opening the packaging. I would rate less than one... star. I didnt know they made a sour cream loaded chalupa, fun to pay extra to get one piece of chicken. Awful. Read more
HORRIBLE Taco Bell I have ever been to!! Customer service is a huge joke. A heavier set African American woman apparently she?s... the ?Manager? does NOT deserve to be a manager. She treated me and my husband horribly. She had no respect you could tell shehates her job. This location needs to hire people who actually wants to work and has more respect. Absolutely disgusting! Overall... new establishment- clean orderly.. Went in to order to go. Surprisingly nobody could assist the kiosk only orders...... several menu items wanted not available on kiosk. Staff was unhelpful and stated- must not be available.. Had to settle forkiosk offers and spend more.. But next day in drive-thru, was able to order from posted menu.. go figure ???? won't be back tothis location. What ever happened to the experience of face-to-face and customer service experience..just saying- needimprovements. Read more
Wow! Had a great experience tonight getting food here. The drive-thru line is very slow, but it's understandable because they... have to make all the food fresh on demand. The building is really nice too. I always find dining in the treat so I can't wait totry it. Update: the dining room is hit or miss. Sometimes it's open and sometimes it's not. I have yet to figure out the rhymeor reason. But I have been able to go inside and order a couple of times, and it's a little small, but it's nice. Read more
I pulled in at 9:37 pm, the door says they?re open till 11 pm, and one of the employees through the intercom says, ?Welcome to... Taco Bell, we?re closed.? I asked when they close and after a pause he says 9:30. I?m not the only person who has had thisproblem. I recommend going elsewhere. Read more
I'll start off by saying the lady who took my order was very nice & pleasant to speak with. Whoever made the food is garbage. I... ordered over $30 in food. Every single item was smashed, or completely destroyed in the packaging. It's like you packaged thefood then put it on the floor & stomped on it. Rediculous!!!! Very dirty place! I was the only customer in the dining room during middle of the day. No greeting from an employee. Was told... I must order from the kiosk. Food was slapped together like a small child made it. Employees were listening to music and in norush to prepare food at all. This is one of the newest locations and it already looks like a dump.
