Visited this location for lunch as I traveled to work. I choose the Harvey location because the crews have been the better... organized and professional out of the two stores closest to me. Service was severely slow. It was only myself and maybe two other customers. I had placed my order online and still had to wait... over 10 minutes for a chicken sandwich. Came here and ordered a 5pc tender. They served me fried dog scraps. The chicken was hard as ever. Literally the chicken wasn?t... fresh at all. The chicken was cooked hours maybe even days prior and they just throw it in some grease to make it hot and serveit to the guest. This is crazy. I ordered through the app, I went to pick the food up they didn't have any Mac and cheese, was told to cancel the order but... couldn't do it through the app. I asked to just substitute the5 Mac and cheese for another side. I waited for 45 mins to hrsfor my food. When I got home that gave me 16 thighs, which was supposed to be a 4 legs, 4 thighs, 4 breast and 4 wings, the sidewere serve in Styrofoam cup which wasn't equivalent to what I paid for.
