Ordering the 2 for 10 meal. Was getting the order from my husband on the phone. The person taking my order was very rude. ... Once I finished reading the menu to my spouse on the phone, I told the associate 2 big fish meals....only to get home and have 2hamburgers in my face. Decent food. Really needs to work on communication on which window to pull to and not to get an attitude when all we see is some... girl waving and apparently telling us to stay at the first window even though they didn't have anyone actually working it. I went here about 5:30p on a Wednesday 12/7/22. My order was taken timely at the drive up (no delays). I drove to the 2nd window... and paid. I was told to pull up. (which means your food is not ready) I figured that would happen since I ordered mozzarellasticks. That?s not an item they have pre-fried I assume. No problem? overall so good so far. While I was waiting, I was behindanother car also waiting for their food. The car in front of me left but I had not pulled up to their spot. The young ladyemployee was holding a bag and just stared at me. She didn?t wave for me to move up so I assumed I should drive up further toher because she wasn?t planning to coming to me. She asked me what I ordered before handing me the food. I answered of course.She hands me my bag and turns around to walk off. I yelled out loud enough for her to hear as she is walking ?Thank YOU!? Thenshe turns half way around to say ?You?re Welcome?. My advice to the owners is to provide better customer service training foryour employees. Read more
