Dining here is fine. Just a typical, to-be-expected experience. The waiters don't really bother you much. It's kind of just,... "Here's your food." and pay before you leave. It's a burger joint after all. The part that really leaves you feeling like thelowest denominator is when you try to get a drive thru order. If you're planning on ordering from the drive thru without a callahead, have your phone up on the dashboard with a good TV show streaming. You're gonna almost make it through an episode. We satthere at least 20-25 mins just waiting on 2 orders of burgers and fries. The crazy part is, the burgers just had some kind ofmayo sauce and cheese on them. That's it! If I wanted to sit in line for a burger with 2 ingredients on it, I could've gone toany number of trashy fast food places and been home in less time, even out here in the Westwego/Marrero area where drive thruwindows always seem to have some employee working them who hates their life and couldn't care less how short yours is. Bottomline, if you want a pretty decent burger with a yummy sour dough bun, be careful which burger you pick and how many ingredientsit has and just be sure you have lots of time to actually sit down here to eat it. Not sure if it's the location, but I'm first time to this one and I'm not impressed with the food. Rather bland, but fresh. ... Service was good. You order, pay at the counter, then seat yourself. My waiter told me that the tip applied at the counter isgiven to the other waiters at the other side of the restaurant, so I guess you're expected to tip again?! Strange! Read more

I could have gone across the street to wendys and have had lettuce, tomato,and onions included in the price with my burger for... almost half the price. There are better options for a good burger around here. I don't mind, especially these days, if prices goup but quality and taste stay the same. Neither of those things applies to what we were served, won't be going back. Read more

We always know we will get great service and good food at great prices! Since their reopening, we have been dining in the bar... area, so we have the pleasure of being taken care of by Demond. We started with the mozzarella sticks. If you don't know aboutthese, you need to, because they are unlike anywhere else and are EACH the size of an egg roll (see picture.) Demond suggestedseveral drinks for us, which did not disappoint. My husband got the Big Che-asy burger and I got the BBQ shrimp one-handed poboywith the best onion rings anywhere. Both were pretty good, but if I'm being honest, I would probably order the shrimpzilla nexttime. We look forward to returning with friends! Read more

A great place for a family gathering. Good service. Clean. Definitely must try the Parmesan crusted trout - really good. Also... enjoyed the mozzarella sticks and the boudin balls - tasty dips. The unlimited soft serve ice cream is a really nice touch. Read more
