The pizzas alway zooms look and taste incredibly wperfect and yummy,. I wish I had a picture of it to share with y'all. The... service is fast, and using the little pizza tracker online is helpful. There's one particular young lady who always seems to beworking the front counter at night (taking orders, handing off pizzas to customers picking up pizzas), and I just want to makenote of how friendy and helpful she is every time I go in the store, which is usually once a week. So I ordered my pizza at 7:37pm and it said I had a 28-38 minute wait. I called twice to let them know that my order was late... and there was no consideration or understanding even tho it was over an hour by that time. THE MANAGEMENT WAS HORRIBLE AND DIDNOT HELP OR TRY TO SOLVE THE ISSUE! I finally received my cold food order and hot soda at 9:01pm...UNACCEPTABLE!! I have notordered papa johns in forever and now I know why. Please treat your customers how u would want to be treated had your pizzashowed up almost an hour and a half late. People think that we over exaggerate when we post reviews but I screenshot everythingjust for cases such as this. Ordered through app for pickup. Pizza took twice as long as time quoted. People in entrance was supposed to be limited to two,... but at some times had as many as eight, most wearing masks inappropriately; nose out, some with it like a chin guard. I ordered my pizza 45 minutes ago. I receive a call stating "well we don't deliver there and you're going to have to come pick... it up" when I have received pizza from that location multiple times before and have had zero issue. I informed them I am unableto leave the house and that is why I ordered in the first place... I could hear the manager yelling and screaming in thebackground and I finally hung up.. and now I have a hungry 4 year old to worry about. Keep in mind I live 0.5 miles from thislocation. Read more
