Came to try the ramen, but the "tails in the air" ended up stealing the show. My husband and I talk frequently about returning... to get more of the sushi rolls. Quaint inside, very friendly staff. Be patient and understanding if there's a wait; everyone'sjust doing the best they can without getting burnt out. Trust that it's worth the wait! Read more

Delicious food! Most of my fam is vegetarian and there were many options that were not only varied but also, delivered!!! Lost a... star because we got four packets of soy for a large sushi ($100+) order so had to make a trip to the grocery store when we hadwaited so long. This seemed silly and skimpy. Online Ordering process was overly cumbersome and I?m not a boomer. I don?t wantthese avoidable inconveniences to overshadow the overall which was delicious. Read more
Yes, Virginia, there is awesome sushi on the Outer Cape! Chef Michael moved his impressive world-class sushi restaurant to... Orleans after several strong years in Hyannis Port. Just met this impressive young chef-owner tonight in our first venture to10-Yen, and it won?t be our last! He said he plans to stay open year-round, except for a break in January and February. Hispassion for the absolute highest quality and freshest fish is immediately evident from the first bite. We started with a fewvery interesting and very tasty and well prepared appetizers(edamame and cabbage dumplings, and a crab guiosa). Moving on tosashimi and nigeri, we were blown away by the exquisite fish cuts, on par with all of the finest sushi restaurants we?ve visitedacross the U.S. Living on Cape Cod, we have been spoiled by the abundance of fresh fish, but this is above and beyond. Michael,who prepares the sushi behind the open bar area, and delivers it personally to your table along with a full culinary review ofthe dish, told us that he flys in the freshest top fish from select spots around the world. We finished up with several makirolls also expertly prepared with some innovative twists on old favorites. The only roll that somewhat disappointed was the RealCalifornia roll, which although is made with real crab (thus the name), it was really a crab salad approach that I did not feelworked as well(although others at our table enjoyed it). However, a minor point in a completely awesome experience. Make yourreservations at least a week in advance, as Chef Michael only has two tables plus 6 seats at the bar, and says he does not planto expand, but rather focus on an intimate experience with the highest quality possible. Chef Michael is the best in the business. I've been to many of the top restaurants in the country and let me say this is the... best dining experience you can have. The pride they take in what they do reminds me of someone who's only goal is to seepeople's mouths drop. Well I'm a fishermen. I eat fish all the time. Fabulous,tiny place with meticulous preparation and product. The chef obtains the freshest and most delicious seafood which he... transforms into ridiculously delicious sushi/sashimi and other delicacies. We had a sublime meal last Monday. Read more
Excellent! I thought their prices were very comparable to similar-quality sushi we get off-cape. I'd love to see them expand a... bit. We tried to order on Friday night, but they were at maximum output and politely asked us to try again tomorrow night, whichwe did. They were courteous and efficient and their food was delicious!
