Met up with Friends from church who has great things to say about the food! It was recommended to have the Strawberry Avocado... Salad (sounds amazing ????) but I went with desert since I just came from dinner. Had the Peanut Butter Cup Milkshake... and itwas DELICIOUS!!! Love the pieces of PB Cups at the bottom ???? This location also has a partnership with Rainbow Ice Cream. Hadsome of my friend's banana split. It was ok. Not better than my milkshake! Next time I'll definitely try the salad. The quality of the food was good, but the service left a lot to be desired. I placed an online order, arrived at the restaurant... a few minutes after placing it and waited for 20 minutes with at least 6 staff members walking past me without ever asking ifthey could assist me. Finally when I stopped a team member to inquire they found my order which had been sitting on a shelf forat least 15 minutes. Bought one of their main salads with the chicken as well as a 9-in beef when I got home noticed that they didn't put no dressing... in for the salad and they gave me butter but no bread the beef was very tasty even had a little extra juice on the side. When Icalled and talked to someone over there who was there when I ordered could be the manager he said he would be sending me anemail within a day it's been over two weeks still haven't seen anything so don't expect to get anything.. Buona at Harwwod Hts has terrible customer service. I am close to work and sometimes for lunch, I order something, drive thru.... There is always a problem with the order. Today I decided to write to warn my customers against errors and the lack ofserviceability. I ordered beef 10 "with extra beef, Mild, Mozz, extra beef and pepper and I got 7". When I opened the sandwich,I found a sausage hidden under a small amount of beef. Of course, I didn't notice the peppers I ordered as a side dish. Ordered online, went into drive-thru to pick up and only 1 employee was taking orders on the 2 different order screens! Why have... 2 screens if you only have 1 order taker?!? Finally got to the window and the food was cold, ordered the fries extra crispy andthey weren't, waited another few more minutes and they gave us fresh fries. Got home and found that my wife's pizza barely hadpepperoni on it when she actually ordered extra pepperoni. My Italian beef pizza was missing the beef! We were on hold for morethan 10 minutes waiting to get a manager on the phone to explain the issue. We have a credit for our next order so I'll givethis place 1 more chance.
