Always a problem with getting the order right, food missing or wrong items..... ordered 20 piece nuggets, only got 16 pieces,... only 2 sauces for 20 pieces & they tried to charge us for additional sauces....Such a rip off!!!!!! Read more

A couple of days ago i went to this location. It has been the best one so far. Especially when i when to the drive thru and saw... a very nice young tall blond boy. I think his name was nick and he was very nice he should definitely get a raise or some kindof bonus because he was just so nice and smiled the whole time. Read more
I?ve had to wait for my order for over 20 minutes MULTIPLE TIMES (drive thru and mobile order). On one occasion I kindly... mentioned I?d been waiting for over 20 min, the employee shrugged and said, ?oh well? and walked away. Another time my husbandmentioned he?d been waiting over 15 minutes and the employee said no, it?s only been six?.So my husband showed them the timestamp on the receipt. The employee said, ?oh.? Specifically asked for fresh biscuits for my sausage biscuits and that I would wait. They gave me over cooked or reheated... biscuits and insisted they were fresh. this place is the worst Mc Donald?s I have ever been to. I go to mc Donald?s a lot with my baby. I went here and ordered a happy... meal, 2 6 piece chicken nuggets and a large fry, they gave me my happy meal and forgot to give me my large fry and 2 6 piecenuggets. So I called mc Donald?s and told them what had happen. The manager tonight was so rude, didn?t even take down my nameor anything. said he couldn?t take my name down cuz he wasn?t going to be there tomorrow. I think that is just completelyunprofessional.
