The worst experience I have ever had at a Taco Bell! The food was undercooked, cold and disgusting. Then we tried to go inside... to complain, but the doors were locked when the place was clearly open for dine in! There was even someone sitting inside. Nevercoming back to this location. Read more

I placed a mobile order, and received notification that my order will be ready at 8:40pm. I go in at that time and after... waiting 5 mins an employee asked if I had a mobile order and I replied yes and gave my name. You hear her tell her co-workersthat I'm there for my order so as I stood there customers that ordered after me received their order before me and theybasically took care of all the customers at the drive thru. I ordered a $5 cravings box so it was not anything complicated andthey had at least 5 employees working with 2 going on break. Another 5 mins pass and the employee gives me an empty cup for mybeverage, Finally after waiting 15 mins an employee says "Here ya go" and I finally received my order. The least they can dois apologize for the wait. 15mins for a simple fast food order is unacceptable. They get 1 star for getting the order correct. Read more

I've been consistently getting good service here. Staff is friendly and helpful. Pierre went out of his way to help me with a... special request and was genuinely really nice about it. Will go to this Taco Bell instead of the others around. Read more

Avoid this new location. Workers are still new and mess up most of the orders like being handed someone else's orders, workers... saying there is sauce in the bag then you go home and there isn't any sauce, drinks made improperly (mango whip made without thewhipped topping), etc. Just go to the Harlem and Addison location and give this location a couple of months to improve. Horrible experience!!! Would give zero stars if I could. I tried to go through the drive thru, sat in line and got to the... intercom where they finally told you they are only accepting cash. Was then stuck in line for an additional 15mins as you canget out of the drive thru. Manager was nowhere to be found and 4 workers at the window. Note to manager: Put a sign out beforethe drive thru notifying customers. Read more

Every time I go here the team is always on the ball, working hard and moving fast. Today my drive thru cashier Brianna was very... kind and professional and the manager is very friendly and patient. I enjoy coming here and will again many times more. Read more

If I could give this taco bell 0 stars, i wouId! I ordered a deluxe chicken chalupa box and everything was cold from the get go.... By cold I mean they didn't microwave it and not even the cheese for the nacho chips. The chalupa was hard and cold and so wasthe taco and burrito. Also, I didn't get any sauce with my order. You world figure for a brand new establishment they would havetried to do better but no! Also, the lady who took my order kept asking me if that was it (very rude customer service) when Iasked about the boxes they had and hadn't even taken my order yet. Avoid this taco bell, I tried looking for their # to call butthat's not even on Google yet. Read more

If I could give a zero I would. First they did not have half of the menu, I had to wait in a long line to only find out that... they are only taking cash. If there would have been a sign somewhere posted stating that it would have been nice. Read more
