I will not be back. Terrible experience. The second time I have gone there to get an advertised item and left without them. I... went the day before Halloween to get the advertised McBoo Happy meal. The workers did not even know what the item was andimmediately said they did not have it. Received the regular Happy meal with like 6 fries in the container. Will never goback...there are plenty of other restaurants to patronize instead. Read more
Good place nice and clean.
Burgers just warm and half wrapped so were all over the bag when looked.... not appetizing at all. Given the prices & covid I... shouldn't have gather the parts to put it together. So look in the bag before exit the drive thru & are on the highway. Iwould have requested a refund if I had looked. Read more
I just went there around 12:30. I understand this is lunch time so they are so busy. Bad customer sevice. I got mobile oder and... they just make one coffee and i show them mobile receipt they checked aand keep say you oder one coffee. Even i show the receiptthey are not check and They are confusing each other and finally they made it another coffee but it looks bad . I oder same sizebu T looks differn and one with caramel cream and other is only whipcream mean i dont ask them to add it. I went so manydifferent macdonal here is the worst. I will go other . This place frustrates me. Poor quality control. The last 3 visits I?ve gotten a medium fry that was, at best, half filled. First... two times I thought it was bad luck. But today was number 3 so I know now it?s the norm. See attached photo. Basically a smallfry quantity in a medium fry container. Need to start checking the bag before driving off from now on. Recently remodeled, this McDonald's now has a more modern feel, but the color choices make it feel too cold. It's also... physically quite cold in this restaurant, and has been for a very long time. I'm a firm believer the owners/mangers don't wantto turn on the heat. Counters are at accessible heights now, very low to the ground, making it more accommodating to those whomay be shorter or in wheelchairs. You can now order from a screen instead of going up to the counter, which is nice,particularly when this place gets crowded. Read more
This McDonald?s is an absolute disgrace. Terrible service. Ordered at the kiosk and then wanted to pay cash at the register.... Myself and several other customers, including some who needed their orders taken, waited 20+ minutes to be served at theregister. This place does not know how to properly staff the front register. And then to add insult to injury, part of my orderwas wrong when I finally received it almost 45 minutes later. I will not be returning to this McDonald?s any time soon. Doyourselves a favor and go nearby to the McDonald?s in Little Ferry. The service is 100x better (they actually know how to staffthe front register) and they have breakfast all day. The Little Ferry one is one of the only ones that does all day breakfast. Read more
