I believe Tom Yum Koong is the NJ no.1 Thai restaurant. Whenever I am tempted to eat Thai Food, this restaurant is my first... priority in my listing. I am vegetarian, so I usually enjoy the entree with tofu! Every ingredient in each food is fresh. Thereason why I like this place is toasted tofu and a lot of vegetables more than rice or noodles. Even my bf is not vegetarian andnot used to eating tofu but he admitted the tofu with rice is the best. Even though we ordered two foods from the restaurant, weforgot to take one photo because we are hurried to eat it haha :) - Thai Fried Rice (Tofu, fresh veggies and soft rice !!!) -Pad Kee Mao (a little spicy! I like the spicy flavor so I love this!) If you are exploring thai food in restaurants, they giveyou most of the noodles other than veggies or other extra ingredients, but here is not. If you visit this place, you will neverregret to try it here. Read more

paid roughly $15.5 for the take-out fried wide noodle with pork. See the photo. Food has small portion, the taste is so so,... actually a little too light. Doesn’t have much taste. Over-priced for what I got. Read more

This restaurant is fantastic. The best Thai food in the area. The service is great the inside of the restaurant is warm and... inviting. Staff is super friendly. But the food is out of this world. Best Pad Thai and Pad See Ew. These dishes are staples andany Thai restaurant but the chef here takes them to an all new level. Really fantastic. Can't go wrong with a visit to Tom YumKoong. It's better than most thai food in the area, however the prices are little high in my opinion. Fried rice is 14-15? And add beef... and you're closer to 20 $ for some fried rice. Read more

We had chicken potstickers and spring rolls to start. They were delicious and the sauces that came with them brought their level... to amazing! For our main, we had thai fried rice with shrimp. The rice had a great mix of ingredients that had my tastebudsdancing and the shrimp were juicy and flavorful To finish it off, we had the grilled banana desert. Every spoonful started offwith warmth from the banana and ended with the cold sweetness of the ice cream. Definitely coming back. Read more

We visited here for the first time and we had a great experience. I had the Ped Jeran which is Sliced boneless crispy duck with... mushrooms, onions, scallion, celery, ginger and bell pepper in ginger sauce, it was delicious and very flavorful. My wife hadthe Thai fried rice with shrimp it was delicious too. For appetizers we had dumplings and pot stickers both were very good. Andwe had the Tom Kha Gai (Chicken Soup) Mild slices of chicken breast coconut milk soup with mushrooms, galanga, tamarind and limejuice. We really enjoyed the coziness feeling of this restaurant. The service was amazing, everyone that worked there was veryfriendly and helpful, super sweet staff. It’s a BYOB as well! This was the best Tai food ever. We will definitely be back. Read more

Amazing Thai restaurant. The place is small, cozy and food is really great. We ordered pineapple curry, red curry, pad ke mau... and all the dishes were very tasty. The coconut broth flavor was too good. The best part was mango mouse with fresh mangoes. This dessert was star of the menu. Definitely try this place and drssert Read more
