Came in and there were 2 workers both working on an online order and neither of them could help take my order. Just ignored me.... One of them could have easily continued on the online order while the other took my order. Then when they got to me finally theyacted annoyed to have to do another order. Read more
At 10:50am they didn't have any meats or veggies set up. Sandwiches we still good once they got everything ready.
Came in for a sandwich for my supper on a Monday evening, and enjoyed a nice conversation with sandwich artist, Carol. She was... very friendly and helpful, and the sandwich was amazing. New staff is rude and don't really want to help anyone. Stood there for several minutes while a kid made a salad and never... spoke, another guy come out of the back and said he'd be with us in a moment and disappeared again. The one making the saladfinished it, then started messing around behind the counter before going to the back also. We left before getting waited on. Read more
Staff seems poorly. I knew more about how to make and wrap my sandwich than the employees did. The didn't heat my meatballs... before they made my sandwich so even after toasting it the meatballs and sauce were still cold. Asked for my sandwich to be wrapin tin foil before they wrapped and they just wrapped it in tin foil and tried to hand it to me. Had to tell them to now wrap itwith the normal wrap. I came in a little later but not close enough to closing to be one of those guys. Guess the sandwich artist was still pissed... because he was incredibly standoffish. Barely spoke to me and just handed me my sandwich at the end. Sorry I was hungry, man. Read more
