I like this location and they seem to have good workers. I have been going to this location about a year and a half now and have... observed one very big problem.. they do not like to change their gloves. Who knows what kind of cross contamination is going on.It isn?t just one of them it?s most of them. How can they expect me to leave a tip when I?m worried about the cleanliness of mysub? Clean, well stocked, they recently had a full menu change but there's no pictures. I know that sounds so dumb to mention but... it was enough to throw me off because I'm used to them being there. Also the glass has decorations so you can't see thetoppings clearly so it would help to know what you want in advance. It's like they put more thought into rebranding themselvesthan they did functionality. They did finally convert the sneeze guards into actual covers so the food stayed fresh longer. Ido feel like they down sized the portions too. So fresh ingredients just less of them. Read more
4 people in front of left before we decided to leave too due to ordered from online begin prioritized before folks in line.... Young kid was working as fast as she could but seem the other older worked could care less and left counter. Management shouldaddress the how understaffed they are and wouldn't have 6 customer leave. I could only imagine how many more left before us.This is the second time we walk away due to the line being super slow due to only one worker doing it all. Always close early. I?ve been here 3-4 times around 8-9pm (close at 10pm) in the past couple of weeks and each time they were... either out of bread or the worker closed early and didn?t want to make anymore sandwiches. I?ve actually placed a mobile orderto find they closed early and had to come in the next day to get a refund. Read more
The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the prep time was quick. I got in and out and my sandwich looks great!
Been here twice because it the only one near. My first time I figured it was a bad day or something. The second time I had the... same issue. The veggies are frozen looking and seem old. The tomatoes are mushy and Cucumbers are grey. Staff is nice but thisplace needs to adjust their products. Idk if its all subways but no longer serving breakfast sandwiches. Read more
I ordered a sandwich through the app. When I arrived they had it prepared on time. However when she grabbed the sandwich the... wrapping unraveled a little bit. I didn't give it a second thought but I guess it didnt hit her standards and she quicklyre-rapped it. She was very apologetic and like I said it wasnt a big deal at all. I think it showed how this Subway has astandard they want to exceed and I can appreciate that. The sandwich itself was perfect. I will be back. Read more
