One of the worst pizzas I've ever had. The onion, mushroom, and tomato toppings were plentiful but all in the center. The outer... 3 inches of the pizza had a few scattered onions but not much else. I had to literally search for the few meat toppings thatwere on it to see if they were actually there. I thought for a minute we got someone else's vegetarian pizza. Won't be orderingfrom here again any time soon. The crust was pretty good though, that's why I don't give them a 1 star. Read more
They have the best pizza I have ever tasted! We always order extra so we will have leftovers for the next day.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I am not one to leave reviews, but this was the lowest of low. They got my order wrong, then... argued with me instead of apologizing and then hung up on me TWICE and said talk to the general manager tomorrow. Completelyunacceptable! Read more

I ordered a pizza online to be picked up at 530. My husband went there to pick it up and it wasn't even started. I received an... email confirmation saying that they had received the order and that it would be ready for pickup at 530. The money was takenfrom our account when I placed the order. I am not very happy with this type of service. We have never had this issue beforeso what's up Jets? I really like your pizza but feel I can't trust ordering online with you. It sucks when it?s the only pizza your soul craves, and it?s never on time, it?s never hot, and it?s usually over cooked... anymore. I?m giving 4 star bc the recipe makes my tastebuds dance, but I?m subtracting a star bc the service is becoming areason to stop spending as much $ at the Haslett location. I understand it?s hard to find good employees, but being told 30-45minute delivery time & and finally getting it at 90 mins, not even warm is really disappointing! Read more
