Most often the food is cold especially at the East Lansing and Okemos locations! If you complain to the Manager in Okemos he... never believes you! If you have a add on like catsup they put a special ticket on it but don't do it! In Okemos their cokemachine isn't working atleast once a month! If you order a large coke for a Dollar they don't tell you and hope you don'tnotice! If you ask for little ice they always give you the same! So you have to go with no ice! If you ask for no ice you don'teven get a full glass of coke! Read more
Worst experience ever. Went in for a take out order. Waited 34 min from wgeb we ordered on kiosk til we get out food which is... cold. Fries cold, sandwiches cold. Not Impressed at all and will not be returning. When I mentioned fries being cold when thebags were thrown on the counter the response was sorry and he walked away. Read more
This isn't okay McDonald's. It's a very high traffic McDonald's so you really shouldn't expect to be really fast at this... location. My last visit here I spent about 10 minutes in line at the drive-thru before I could place my order and pay for it.The staff are pretty decent, telling jokes when taking orders to really offset any frustration from the wait time. I wanted to try their new shake that they had on their menu I believe it was either strawberry and banana or strawberry or... chocolate something and they did not have it. Consistently not just at this McDonald's but at the one in okemos they are alwayshaving issues with their shakes and or they are always out of it. So I ended up getting a regular shake from their menu or twoof them I believe. And the same thing with my review for Wendy's because they are consistently out of items when I gothere. They should put something on the outside menu if they are always going to be out of something so that we don't try toorder it. It's just a pain when you have to wait in line just to find out that they don't have something on their menu. That iswhy for me I have to give it a three-star. Read more
My heartfelt compliments to who ever is working the fryer this morning. These fries and nuggs are ON POINT. Perfection!
Super disappointed. First, they did not put the dipping sauce for our nuggets in, so we had to go back in the drive-thru and... wait another 10 minutes just to get the sauces. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and figured they couldn?t possibly mess upsomething else with our order? that was my mistake. I get home, and this is my ?McDouble.?
