The barista was very helpful at suggesting my drink. I ordered a frozen white chocolate butter bear.
My car literally broke down in there drive thru line and the employee with the tattoos and glasses and super cool car tried his... absolute hardest to help me and even offered to call a tow truck. Then he made us, me and my two friends, free lattes anddelivered them to us when all we ordered was water. They?re really understaffed right now but the employees still managed totake time out of their day to help. I really appreciate it and I hope y?all get raises immediately. God bless. xoxo Read more
My friends axle broke in the middle of the Hastings biggby and the guy with the tattoos glasses and nice car helped us out big... time, figured out what was wrong, and brought us drinks! Best employee award goes to him! I hope he becomes manager if he isn?talready. I love Hastings biggby. Read more
Waited 16 min in the drive thru. Cold muffin and soggy. Apple cider drink tasted awful. Never again.
We love Biggby but this is not my favorite location. It is clean inside. The staff was friendly and they kept up with orders... despite being a little busy, however my frozen latte was not blended well and i had several full size ice cubes at the bottom ofmy drink. It's a first world problem, but when you pay those prices for a blended drink and have an inch of ice sitting at thebottom it is a bummer. Read more
