We were in town at a horse show. I chose a nice restaurant that served a terrible and burned $20 pizza that we ended up... returning. Then we passed a hungry Howie on our way back to the hotel. So we took one. What a relief finding a place that isconsistently good. The pizza was great. Very beautiful even. The service was great. They were very friendly. We will get apizza from them when we are in town again next year. Read more

I hate leaving a bad review because normally everything is amazing from the food to the service. Today I ordered lunch for my... kids and I. First the driver pulled in with his system so loud that I thought it would rattle the windows. (In my opinion, thatis highly highly unprofessional. ) second, my daughter informed me as I was coming back in the house that the driver didn't handthe pizzas to her flat, he handed them to her sideways which caused the toppings to slide . Like I said I hate to do this and Iget that he is probably a kid but maybe this could be used as a training moment. Read more
The service and presentation of the food were five star. The quality of the items have fallen off a cliff. The cheese might have... been plastic. The sauces that we pay extra for were very bad and come in plastic to-go cups rather than the old HH sealed sauces Read more
Absolutely LOVE the food here but so disappointed in the service tonight. Placed a DELIVERY order ONLINE and within minutes,... received a call that they couldn't deliver it, I had to go pick it up. No big deal, I asked for a refund for the delivery fee ora free two liter to replace it and went to go pick it up because I already paid online. Drove into Hastings and had to bang onthe door 100 times because the kids inside just kept looking at me and talking about me instead of opening the locked door.After banging for 15 minutes, a young lady finally answered and told me they were closed (11pm). I showed her my phone showingthat they "close soon at midnight". She apologized for avoiding me and refunded my money. My only complaint was that a phonecall wasn't made to tell me they were closing soon. I was told they "almost threw my food away" so that really upset me.
