All I can say is the workers are doing their job, however the manager who was working 10/25/2022 @10am should not be a manager... or needs to be trained longer on how you treat customers and how you talk to them. You are not supposed to slam the drive inwindow while a customer is talking to you. Also when a customer asks a question you, as a manager, are suppost to answer thequestions without an attitude and say have a good day I apologize, not give attitude as in basically saying F off to a customer.Disrespectful manager first shift, great workers though:) Cashier refused to give her first name and gave poor attitude like sheowned everybody. Out of wild cherry freezes majority of time and they haven't gotten my drive thru order once in 5 visits. They just don't listen... to what you order. They repeat it back, I correct them, they read it back again and then it's still wrong when I get to the pickup window. Selections are wrong, not the number you ordered, not supreme when you pay for it, and no straws, napkins, and such. Read more
Family of 5, ordered 5 of the meal boxes and a lady ran over the guy taking our order on the speaker to say "That's a lot of... food man, next time you need to call ahead to make sure we have enough before you DO THIS TO US." ???? Will NEVER come backhere. DO IT RECOMMEND! Not the way to treat customers. Read more
Food was hot, and relatively quick but missing 3 items. Efficiency doesn't mean much when you don't get the whole order. Went... back got the food, but the worst part here is someone's dinner always gets ruined. I was lucky enough to be that one thistime... Everyone else's meal was perfect. Read more
I've tried for longer than was reasonable not to say anything, but this has become the new sub-standard of expectations for me... when I buy food at the Taco Bell in Hastings, MI... I've overpaid approximately $100 over the past 8 months due to just notgetting all the food I've ordered each time I've come through. We're talking mostly chips and cheese being forgotten, at least adozen spicy potato soft tacos(my favorite) , cheese roll-ups(for the kiddos) being short 1 or two each order, and other smallmistakes that just keep happening. Now, to be perfectly clear, I dont expect to be compensated for my loss. I just hope thatthis comment can go the better way of ensuring that they train their staff to pay closer attention to detail. I get it, its fastfood, but its also a business and we as the customer want to have at least the expectation met that when we buy our food, thatwe at least get everything we ordered. Please guys, I love Taco Bell. I wouldn't keep going back if i didn't care too much aboutthe loss of my money/food all that much. Came to Taco Bell on a Sunday looking to get a quick snack until dinner. Food I ordered was good but didn't look like the... pictures at all. The Enchirrito was nothing but a soft shell burrito with sauce shredded cheese and a scoop of sour cream andguacamole. The steak quesadilla had very little steak where 1/2 of it was just cheese and tortilla. The service by the Managerwas rude and uncalled for as we asked if we could order at the cash register rather than the kiosk. Was told if we wanted thatwe had to wait for him to get done what he was doing yet there where no customers even in the drive thru. Another group ofcustomers walked out after that. Seems like the staff could use a lesson in professionalism and hospitality as we are here tospend money. Read more
