Stopped at 6:00pm at the Hastings Wendy's after reading on their website they close at 9. Waited in line for 20 mins get up to... the order window just to be told they closed at 6. We asked why it said they were open until 9 on their website and they rudelyreplied "we have no control over that"! I understand they are short staffed, but you would think they would change the hours ontheir website to let people know what their TRUE hours are! We specifically went to order peppermint frostys after dinner forour kids, and they were SO disappointed! So DQ got our business instead! Read more
When they are open! It takes forever to just order, i waited 15 mins before i could order. It was like they would take 1 order... make everything then take the next order. So the line was very long behind me and the customer that ordered before me was gone.They need to get their ducks in a row there it is sad! Read more
Very fast at drive through and employees were funny. Only downfall was the speaker need to fix it can't understand us or them
They were super busy but the staff was keeping up the best they could. They weren't overly friendly, but i think they were... pretty stressed out because of the rush. The dining area was clean enough and the food was good. Read more
Great food, great workers. Struggling to stay staffed yet all remained awesome. Restrooms and dinning room were very clean.
Would give zero stars if possible. In the past every order has been screwed up in some way. Most recently (2 days ago) I went... there and was in their drive thru line for 15 minutes. When I got up to the window the employee was VERY rude and told me theywere closed. Mind you, by the time I got to the speaker it was BEFORE 8PM and they ignored me until 8:04. They served every carin front of me. No sign out, no cone blocking the speaker. Nothing. In the past few months when we?ve gone there we would waitat the speaker for 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us only to tell us that they?re closed for breaks. Again, no sign,no cones. Nothing. Super disgusted with the service that this Wendy?s has had lately and won?t be surprised when they shut downpermanently in the near future. Save yourself and go somewhere else. Read more
Not terrible place. The food is alright, they usually don't mess up the orders. The staff is hit or miss & not sure why the... lobby isn't open yet? everyone else's has a dine in area open but them. Read more
Love the food at Wendy's. Service was good but a little slow for a dinner rush.
