I went there on a Saturday afternoon and they were closed.. at 235pm.. they hours posted on their sign that states they are open... 7am to 7pm. Why is it closing so early all the time.. Read more

Placed an online order, and was informed AT THE DELIVERY time of the order it was canceled, because apparently it's they closed... at 2PM, (order was placed at 2pm and was supposed to be delivered at 2:33pm) had to call just to be told to call customerservice for a refund. Online on google it said it was open till 3PM and I was allowed to place an order. So now I spend over 20minutes holding on custom service just to tell me that it was refunded and it'll take a week to get my money back. Understandthat you're low staffed, but at LEAST notify me after I place an order not wait until the time it's supposed to be delivered,send me a text saying haha it was canceled lol and make me call. Seriously a waste of time. Read more

Must be struggling for employees. I drive by around 5 o clock many nights and it's always closed. I don't see any signs about... hours changing and there is a construction barrel blocking the drive through lane. When it was open, the food was typical burgerking, so it was fine. I hear they are open to 3 on, but who knows since I don't see any signs. Read more

This place is a joke. I have never went to this Burger King before, but I've went to other locations and I haven't had troubles... with them before. After my recent visit to the Hastings location, I will never return. I went to the drive thru and startedordering. One item after another, she picked apart my order, making excuses on why I cannot get the item. It was either the itemwasn't included or I could get a drink in a larger size despite agreeing to pay a larger amount. After she refused to upgrade mydrink, after refusing to add something to my order, I told her to cancel the order and I left. I called the manager at thelocation to explain my awful experience. The manager, Dave, asked if I was the one who went through the drive thru. I said I wasand he proceeded to accuse me of flicking them off, which I didn't. Then, I tried to explain my side of what happened, but hekept talking over me and kept repeating that I flicked them off. I didn't and my family, who were in the car with me, saw that Ididn't. I told him I wouldn't return and I would call the corporate office. He said I can do that and tell them that I flickedthem off. I told him I didn't flick them off and hung up. This was the worst experience I've had at Burger King and I will neverreturn. Dave, the manager, was a complete a-hole and I do hope that he would be fired so people would not have to deal with hisrudeness again and other children like my own young 5 year old, who has always loved Burger King, would not have to witnessthat. Dave openingly used obscenities in front of my child, aiming them towards myself and my husband and constantly accused meof flicking them off, which like I said, I didn't. Then, when my husband defended me, he aimed them towards him and they were sostrong, I had to bring my child out to the car to save his ears from the awful language. I will never return. Read more

Didn?t get straws, missing a rodeo cheeseburger that was on the screen after ordering. Also, this is my ?medium? fry after... adding ?bagglers? from the bottom of the bag. Didn?t get a receipt so I can?t formerly complain. What a joke. Read more

Couldn't get the register to work for promo code and they waited on drive through only. We waited 15 minutes at least for a... whopper and a double cheeseburger and there was no one else in the restaurant and the drive through had 3 cars when we went in.Only 1 person was really working. The rest looked like they had no clue what they were doing. Read more

Opened up my bag and this is what I saw. Paid $8.00 for brown soggy lettuce, a burnt chicken sandwich, and cold onion rings.... Obviously had been just sitting out for quite some time. Disappointed. Read more
