Everything is very dirty in this facility. I could not even guess the last time the glass was cleaned or the floors where... washed. I could never sit there and eat it's hard to even order food to take out. Chipotle use to be my absolute favorite placeto eat but almost all the location have become almost to gross to go to. Seven months ago I wrote a review of this location and gave it a one star, today the employees on the line by the name of Lulu,... Rook, and Sam were so incredibly nice and so welcoming that it made me delete my previous review and give this location fivestars. I haven?t even eaten my food yet but it?s already a huge step up from the last time I was here, to be honest way betterthan the last couple times I?ve been here. I would recommend going to the Cottage Grove location instead of this one. I ordered 5 bowls, a kids meal, 2 bags of chips, and... a salad, and I asked for ONE extra vinaigrette dressing beyond the one that comes with the salad. The grumpy guy making themobile orders told me that I have to pay $1.18 for the extra dressing. Understandable if I had ordered one bowl, but that'sabsurd for what I had ordered. They also forgot the forks and the chips were stale so I didn't even eat them. This place needsnew management. ???? Read more
4 stars because generally speaking, the food is fresh, which rocks!, and the staff are usually personable. The inconsistent... aspect is that it's 50/50 of getting your money's worth for the price you have to pay or not. This is the frustrating part of atleast this location. I have heard it's not an issue at another nearby location (haven't been to it yet). So if I'm reallycraving the flavor I'll go locally and risk it, otherwise I pick someplace else. Read more
For the first time in possibly EVER I have actually gotten a decent size burrito. Along with good portions for the chips and... guacamole. I have went to this place for the past two years and never gotten this great of service. Especially considering allthe bad reviews of this place in the past. I gave up on this place for a while because how many times my burrito was so small itcould fit in the palm of my hand. Whoever made the burritos around 8:30-9:15 on Feb 9th. You are amazing! Tonight was a HUGE disappointment. My burrito wasn't even a standard size burrito. It was a bite size. The bowl was suppose to... be double of most, but barely anything in it. If you're going to skimp out on people's orders how about you call them and letthem know that you don't have a lot of the ingredients OR reimburse them. Read more
Very poorly ran chipotle. Almost always out of something. You?d think having stuff stocked before the dinner rush would be... important. No brown or white rice at 5pm on a Sunday. Employees are rude and short tempered. Send your enemies to this Chipotle,not your loved ones. Tip of the day: go to cottage grove. Read more
