I love Dunkin. I order an iced coffee, light and sweet, with an everything bagel, sausage and egg sandwich (no, no cheese... please). Hastings employees don't know what light and sweet means. They have asked. I had to explain that is how I always orderit. At other Dad's they automatically add the right amount of sugar and cream. They then ask me how much that is. How do Iknow?? I have no frame of reference for that size drink. So we had to experiment. I have had to order my sandwich 3 times forthem to get it right. The employee was getting annoyed but if you work in customer service, you need to be able to to meetpeople's expectations. Read more

Only way to get an actual HOT decaf coffee is to either order a latte of some sort or as an Americano. Food is hit or miss if... it's anything other than donuts and definitely not worth what they charge. The refreshers seem good and have heard no complaintsfrom the family about them. Service is more miss than hit if going inside the store. I understand this, however, as it's hard tokeep staffing up, especially in the food service industry, over the last several years. Read more

This is one of the better Dunkin's around as far as friendliness and organization. The staff knows what they are doing and are... attentive to the customers and mobile orders. Coffee is good, not my favorite but I think that's just preference and not theirfault, the price is good compared to other companies with the same products. Read more

Drinks were good. Food was ok. Employees were nice but they were short staffed...not their fault. Everyone is!! This location ... coukd use a good a cleaning. Nothing wiped down and glass was very dirty too. Located right off the highway but very busy andhard to access or leave. It also does not have very much parking. Read more

Sadly, every time I've gone to this location they get my order wrong. Today was no different, except I tried to give back the... wrong items(4-donuts) they said "keep them, we'll get the right ones" They gave me the 4 correct ones and I left. When I gothome, I noticed they charged me extra for the corrected items on top of the mistakes. When I handed them my card, they said7.45 or so. My card was charged for over 10.00. Now, I'm more than willing to pay for my items, but why tell me to keep thingsthat I not only didn't ask for, but my family won't eat. Also bugged me that they didn't tell me about the extra charge, butthey also must store cc info in their machine to do this. Again, my receipt says 7.something at the time I handed over my card,but later they increased the price. Usually the person taking the order through drive thru is not friendly & obviously doesn'tlisten cause it sounds like the same lady each time. I've tried going in store instead of drive thru, but doors hardly open onweekday mornings, when I've gone. The 2 stars are for window & counter staff. The window staff & few times I've been in thecounter staff are sweet & helpful. Usually high school kiddos, which I'll note they're all sweet, but seem flustered &overwhelmed. Every time I come here they are so rude and mean to me, I always get cold foam and every time they don?t put it on and the last... two times and they still charged me for it out then I say they missed it and then they tell me I didn?t order it and they don?thave any, last time I will be coming here the staff is horrible!! If you want coffee go to caribou and make the trip toStarbucks because these people here are so rude and mean definitely not worth coming here . I?d love to call a manger butobviously they don?t care .worst Dunkin? ever Read more

Went to this Dunkin? to use the unlimited buy a dozen, get 6 free coupon from the Hastings baseball team. After I paid, I asked... for my coupon back (again it said unlimited), they refused and said, ?Our manager said they are not allowing people to use themmore than once.? Awesome. Paid $6 for two things of the Snackin? bacon. This is what I received. Black and burnt. The taste was unbearable. These... employees need to ask themselves ?would I eat this?? If the answer is no then don?t give it to the customer!!! I am low on fundsand wanted to give myself a small treat. Very disappointed. The dog wouldn?t even eat it. Read more
