Whenever we start our day at Dunn Bros, we know it?s gonna be a great day. Everyone is incredibly friendly and the food and... drinks are always tasty. My dog loves Dunn Bros too. I swear he wakes us up early just so we can get through his walk and getcoffee and a treat. Read more
This is our favorite place for coffee and we?ve been going here for 10 years, so normally I?d rate it higher. That being said,... in the last year we?ve found that the brewed coffee has been terrible about 75% of the time. The baristas have been inconsistentwith their beverage quality and the new hires don?t take the time to greet us. The lattes have been all foam and the coffee iswatered down. Have some taste tests, raise the starting wage to get some motivated employees, and please make this coffee betterthan caribou so we can support local again. We hope to see a change so we can better enjoy it when we visit! Edit: 12/2021 Notsure what changed here exactly but I?m so happy about it! The coffee and food is always great and the staff is super friendly. I have to give 3 stars though as my only complaint is that... the service is always incredibly slow. During busy mornings there is never any kind of hustle. Even when there's nobody in thestore I usually average waiting 10 to 12 minutes for a coffee drink. So disappointed today I ordered a large sugar free vanilla latte , I went thru the drive thru. The wait was really long and she... apologized profusely however it was the worst coffee I have ever had there it tasted like old grounds so so bitter Maybe a newperson old coffee not sure but for almost 7 dollars I had to throw it I couldn?t drink it.
