Aiden greeted me with energy and warmth. I was surprised at how engaging he was, and then I asked who was the manager of this... location- HE IS! Aiden is leading by example and going the extra mile with simple suggestions and kindness. He joked aroundwith me, including another kind gentleman that was ringing me up with a jovial attitude. They pointed out the chocolate chipcookies, and now the trajectory of my entire life is changed for the better, these cookies are AWESOME! These are the types ofpeople that change a sandwich chain shop from being "just another food joint" to a place that you feel is a true asset to thecommunity. Ate here the other night for the first time ever at a Jersey Mike's. Staff were incredible they were super busy and moving the... line along. The wait was a bit but understandable with all the hit sandwich orders. Definitely worth the wait. Will be back verysoon. Read more
Got the big kahuna and it was mainly a big flop. My sandwich fell apart instantly when I picked it up, the bottom bun almost... nonexistent as it was so soggy. I'm holding the bottom bun in the picture below. And WAY too much stuff on that sub, it was notvery good. There were way too many jalapeños (compared to meat & other ingredients) I understand it's supposed to be spicy andthat's what I wanted but it it was mainly inedible. All I ate was the top bun after it collapsed since there was also barely anycheese on the top bun, just a soggy glop of meat, peppers & mushroom. I wouldn't of been so bad if it was extremely soggy andjust impossible to pick up & eat. The contents of the sandwich leaked out of the bag and this overall was a bad experience. Theassociates working there were okay, kept getting confused and the communication wasn't the best but that wasn't really aproblem. I've gotten this sub in the past and it has never been this wet & soggy before. For a $12 sub to fall apart like thiswithin seconds of eating it is a big pass for me. This place is fantastic. You can tell the people working here care about your order and make your food as excellently as... possible. They have been crazy busy which is great, but sometimes mistakes happen. Be patient people. This place is worth atry!! Read more
If you're on the fence about this place but see bad reviews, ignore them. This is one of the best Jersey Mike's I've ever been... to and I've been to a lot. Passionate employees, fresh ingredients, huge portions. If you ate 95% of your food but still feelthe need to post gross pictures of it and complain that's on you. They are happy to fix whatever issues you have with your orderbefore you eat most of it lol. Read more

So much better than any other subs around! Service is quick and accurate! Ordering by app is easy and makes it even easier to... get your order quicker and perfectly accurate. Jersey Mike's bread is made fresh in house. Their meats are sliced fresh. Theyare so much more flavorful and thicker cut than some other brands. Mike's Way adds salt, pepper, oregano and "the juice." Thejuice is oil and vinegar. Adding all these things to any of the subs wakes them up. I am in love with these subs! The onlyreason I removed a star is that you cannot use coupons when ordering from the app. Read more
