The drive thru was horrible, 3 of the boys that were suppose to be working were boxing instead of handing out our 2 drinks and... 2 large fries, so the pop was watered down and the fries were cold and there was a line of cars behind us, what I could seethere drinks were also watered down. Was a great pickup process for delivery then they changed it so they cant go in the lobby anymore, now all the delivery drivers... are jamming up the drive through making everybody's wait times forever. Have 2 lanes but only take 1 order at a time, kindaredundant. Just doesn't seem like management really has it together Read more
Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru and thought my food would be warm. Wrong! Bic Mac and fries were cold. So disappointed after... waiting that long. How can the food be cold and not even a little warm. Read more

Around 9:30-10:00 I waited for my order for at least over 15 minutes. When I got there was only five cars in line. We had... ordered ahead, so we chose to go park in the mobile spots After noticing 10+ cars go past I decided to call and ask why it wastaking so long. I was frustrated and was met with an annoyed employee who told me I?d have to wait, but gave no explanation towhy my simple order was taking so long (over 15 min). Every car in line got their order before the people who ordered ahead. Iordered before work, and couldn?t get a refund. Therefore I was almost late for work. I would have understand if I was given anexplanation, or updated. Such incompetence. My order was chicken nuggets, a burger, fries and a drink. Read more
I've left feedback on the website and that survey, and the 800 number posted in restaurant numerous times. Last week, I came in... here..floors dirty, soda area overflowing with soda, and every single trash can was overflowing on to the floor. And bigsurprise, a simple order was wrong again! I have yet to ever get it right. Staff and management need to have an overhaul withsomeone who cares. Read more
There was a brown substance found in my happy meal. Also pickles. I didn?t ask for the pickle. They where a very unpleasant... surprise. I don?t personally like pickles. So I gave them to my grandson. He really enjoys pickles. But I do not. Read more
