Staff was friendly. The pizza was not good at all. Pepperoni seemed way to salty. Could not taste anything but the salt.

Their pizza is really good nice to be able to take it home and bake it fresh out of the oven.

They actually close at 7. I went in to get pizza at quarter to close for my boyfriend after his flight and I was told that they... had already put everything away and that it would take a half hour if I wanted them to make a pizza. I have no idea whyeverything says they close at 8 because I asked what time I would have to go there to get food and was told before 7. Theyshould seriously consider changing their hours because trusting their published hours was a waste of time. Read more

Working there was an awful experience for my mental health as management declined. The food is ridiculously expensive for how... low quality all of the "fresh" ingredients are. Food comes frozen despite our ads. The store is disgusting, the back is coveredin mold. Managers smoke and vape into the store and don't wash properly after doing so. There is a reason the store isunderstaffed and everyone left. The regional manager does not care about the store enough to show up when it is busy or there issevere weather. Terrible environment that needs a health inspection. They got a C last time and it is only getting worse. Read more

Tried almost every other pizza place in town. My wife and I's opinion is that this one has the best quality with the freshest... ingredients. Affordable too, if you get it on Tuesday. Place always looks clean, employees are always nice. Read more

I have come to papa's for some time now, I have never had a bad experience, most of the times when I arrive there are people... waiting for their pizza, it's busy. The manager there does her very best to over see her employees, answers all of the customersquestions, and has always been professional. I love my papa's in Hastings. I love their pizza, it's their sauce for me, and I'mvery satisfied with their product and their service. When I have other choices in the area, if I can make it to them, I'd dothat rather than delivery. Read more
