Bad service and cold food.. I ordered online so my food would be ready when I went there when I walked in the door everybody... ignored me one guy said that it he would be right with me - then he told me it would be a couple more minutes -20 minutes laterI was still waiting and then a lady asked me if she could help me and I told her what I had ordered, I told her I hope my foodsnot Cold she got an attitude and she was like well you can open it if you want -I guarantee you it?s hot. I live literally 3blocks from the store and when I got Home the pancakes were hard and crusty -there was definitely a half a scoop of hashbrownsand the eggs were raw! And the bad thing about all this is they were not even busy.!!! if I?m going to spend $20 for one meal Iwill take my money elsewhere next time! Read more
Waited 10 min before we were helped manger was worried about setting silverware and not asking if we have been helped. Then are... server helped other people before us that sat after us. So had to order food with drinks. Asked for hot sauce never got it. Thenwaited another 20 min to get the bill. Will never come here again for good service Read more
Visited today and after 40 minutes, the table that came in after me, received their food, ate, were asking for boxes, I asked... about my order. I was told that there was a printer jam in the kitchen and they would check on my order. 5 minutes later I wastold they lost my order. Would I like to order again. After patiently waiting for 50 minutes, never checked on, no apology, Ileft. I have always had positive experiences at Perkins but not this time. I went out of my to stop there. I drove 30minutes to Cadillac Ranch and had a positive experience there. Thank you. Read more
Ordered a to go order about 1 month ago. The wheat toast was missing. Since they had opened recently we let it go. Tried... ordering a to go order this past Saturday. It was supposed to be ready within like 20 minutes and it took over 35, so we had towait. We did the build a breakfast and the Country Fried Steak and Eggs. Got home and the Country Fried Steak and Eggs wasmissing the steak part which is the heart of the meal. Had to go back and it was basically sitting. By the time we ate it wascold. The manager said they were going to call and make it right, but they NEVER DID. We will not be going back to Perkins inthe near future. Even in person it is subpar - inattentive waitresses, a host who would hardly ever come back to seat you whenthere were clearly spots open. The staff needs to be trained better in many aspects. They?ve redone the inside and it?s nice. We went on a Saturday morning and there was a wait but nothing outrageous. Our waitress... was great and the food was good. Only 4 stars because prices felt high. I suppose that?s just a thing these days, but I used tobe able to go there and eat for two for $20. Now it?s almost $40 if you order anything besides just basic breakfasts. Portionsalso weren?t as large as we?re used to. Read more
Ordered to go and I guess the lady on the phone didn't hear me.. we didn't get big ranch dressing like I asked.. got home and... fries were in the mashed potatoes all soggy.. they should have put mashed potatoes and gravy in another container.. we didnt getthe soda we asked for.. we got no straws and silverware.. the chicken strips were the only good thing. Excellent menu, a bit slow service wheen busy, good food, very reasonably priced, generous portions, very friendly waitresses... and waiters. BUT remodeled after fire with no carpet or ceiling tiles so the noise level is nearly unacceptable when busy.Virtually impossible to converse or even understand the waitress because of the noise level. Needs to be remedied or we mustconsider going elsewhere for Sunday breakfast. Read more
My boyfriend and I ordered some simple breakfast food, part of which was the strawberry cream cheese crispers. My boyfriend went... to pick up the food and they said they were out of the crispers. We left and realized he was still charged so he went back thethe restaurant to get a refund or get something else of equal value. Then apparently they had the crispers available and saidthey could have them ready in 5 minutes and offered a free bakery item for the inconvenience. I just opened the box and insteadof the strawberry cream cheese crispers I received a to go box full of hashbrowns with cheese. Really bummed out anddisappointed in Perkins' decline. Read more
