The freshest bread, amazing tuna, crisp veggies?. The best subway I?ve been to in a very long time, however the woman who was... working was super rude and disrespectful. I went to sit down here with my service dog to wait for a friend to get done shopping after I bought a bottle at the Walmart... liquor store, which was still in the bag so he,(the manager at subway) could tell I was a customer of Walmart, and the baldbigger set manager yells at me to get out with my dog and telling me it doesn't have a vest so it's not a service dog, you needto leave. I told him I'm just waiting for my friend I won't be long, he continued to yell at me and asked me if I wanted him tocall the police, I said go ahead, I know my rights, I'm not doing anything wrong, when the cop got there he verified my servicedog, he said that the manager said he didn't want me there if I wasn't going to buy anything, I told the cop he never saidanything about buying anyone to stay a sitting there, so he lied to the police officer and then I did leave on the note of Iwasn't going to buy anything after that... I?m giving it 3 stars because the manager is awesome but the kids that work there tried to over charge me $19.19 for a six inch... and a medium drink WHAT?!? Definitely needs to be talked to about that took place about 5:50 on 9/22/21 that?s crazy and everytime I come in I?m having to wait cuz both ppl are always in the back I like Michelle she is awesome ! 4 sandwiches ordered, all were not made right, and one had little to no meat in it pretty much only veggies.
Went there yesterday. Only customer at the time. Two Employees were working on what looked like a take out order. Totally... ignored me. Maybe the single worst customer service I have ever experienced. Left and went to Jimmy John's. ???? Read more
Ordered 3 subs online. I ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch and my father had a Steak and Cheese. Both of our sandwiches weren?t... toasted or even microwaved the meat. Stone cold. I suggest only ordering in store because I?ve never had a problem then. Read more
The man at the counter, acting as the owner, refused to serve our family based on discriminatory practices. Members of my family... can not wear a mask.
