Went there this morning after the posted hours of operation and the dining room was locked. Nothing on the door to indicate the... dining room was closed. Knocked on the door and nobody showed up. Cars were in the parking lot but we didn?t see anyone inside.Not the first time this has happened but will not be giving them anymore chances. Will never go back. Read more

WOW! service with an actual personality. Go thru the drive thru and you will get a friendly greeting and they will act like... actual people, the service I received here has brought back my hope for humanity. At a time when most young people are on theirphones and a customer seems to be an inconvenience, this place is different. Thank you for making my day brighter! I was at the drive-thru to pick up my lunch; the card reader had not been working properly throughout the morning, so the... cashier was apologizing profusely for it. She and another employee were even trying to figure out together how to rectify thesituation. Otherwise, the service and food were both great! Read more
I find it ridiculous I had to wait 9 minutes for my chicken and watching others also having to wait for their meals. I have... heard from others that some nights are amazing in service and other nights that are like this experience. As a senior citizen, I especially like Arby's beef sliders. One is just enough for me; but I usually buy two or three, take the... others home and heat them up & eat them for later meals. The price is very reasonable. I'm very glad that they finally havedine-in; but my friends and I haven't had a chance yet to get together and go inside to eat. They have wonderful menu options. I'm anxious to try their new rib sandwich. Other favorites are the jalapena poppers with their special sauce, curly fries, andtheir shakes. Read more
