Not too helpful, lack of employees doesn't mean have to be rude. Soft drinks are more carbonation then anything nd after a long... wait still we were missing items from our order, including but not only ice cream and no refund or anything and cold food. Read more
20 minutes in the drive thru with only 2 cars ahead of me. My "large" drink was only filled 2/3 full. The lady at the window... tried to give me the next persons food after already giving me mine. I won't be going back. Read more

Terrible. Took forever to get food when they weren't even busy. When we got our food all of it was cold. We just moved here... hoping it would be a better Burger king but we were wrong. Won't be back Read more
their hood over their burger grill was busted, so their menu was rather restricted. employee at the window was understanding... when we needed a little extra time to figure out our order since we didn't know what all was still available. the sign taped onthe screen just stated burgers weren't available, but the chicken sandwiches also must use the same equipment. (their fishsandwich and another sandwich were still available probably because they are fried on different equipment) we eventually figuredit out and the rest went normally. if you're dead set on a whopper, maybe call ahead to see if they have it fixed yet. Our chicken on our sandwich was fresh but cooked in old grease and had bad taste and the assembly of the sandwich was terrible... and sloppy. The lettuce and tomatoes were brown, soggy, and near rotten. My child?s chicken nuggets where old. We had to ask forfresh due to them being hard as a rock and not edible. I get that it?s a pandemic and we are short staffed but this is just getting out of hand. Does this even look appetizing? The... tots have burnt pieces from a dirty fryer and my sandwich looks like a mess and the patties are definitely old. There reallyisn?t an excuse for how disgusting this is.
