Ok when I 1st got into Hastings...I discovered Casey's specialty convenance story & pantry...they have patented the way they... make their food & marketed it very wisely...it's delicious & healthy & doesn't hurt that they have walk in coolers for alcoholicbeverages as well...if you are 8n Nebraska...find a Casey's & check ?? it out for yourself...you won't be disappointed , I ???????? you will love it as much as the rest of us do ???????? I previously purchased a drink from Casey's and was charged 49 cents for ice. I had my own cup, other convenience stores will... give you free ice and water. Read more
The store let people in and buy stuff with out a mask. There is an ordinance saying you must wear a mask in public places. Or... get at one for not wearing one. The management did not care. Read more
Had to wait 20 min for order call it in 10:30 pm 11/20 was not even made yet when got there to pick up also no food in warmers... ot donuts not even in donut case 4 customers waiting for for piza and donuts they left with nothing this store never has foodout when they open up am not wasting my my time the 2 stores other stores in town are not much better can't sell food if youdon't make it I would be Ashamed of my employees Read more
Not crazy about this Casey's. It's handy for a quick visit and getting out. I hate using their pumps. They feel very... uncomfortable and awkward to me. Dangerous being so close to a high traffic area. Read more
The cashier you have today on 12/10 evening is so incredibly rude. All she has is attitude, she obviously hates her job. Your... air pump isn't working so I wanted to let them know in case they didn't. She just rolled her eyes and said. "I suppose I'll tryto tell whoever I'm supposed to tell. If I can figure who that is." Couldn't even say thank you or goodnight after I told her tohave a good night. Your employees should learn some manners. There's a reason this is the lowest rated store in the area. It isworth it to make the extra drive for the other two Casey's. Read more
Every time I come here there's a rude cashier and horrible service. There are three other convenience stores within eight... blocks, go to one of them. The cashier literally threw my purchases back on the counter after scanning them, didn't offer a bag,and didn't ask if I wanted the small amount of change back. So I stood there, saying nothing until he reopened the cash registerto give me my money. He didn't offer a receipt and I guess that just goes along with his awful attitude. I have literally drivenby this location to go to a competitor every time for the past couple of weeks. It's across from a high school, has maybe 6parking spots, and always has cashiers that are either rude or yelling across the store. I shouldn't have stopped, but I thoughtthis time they don't look busy, so I stopped and I still got awful service. Read more
