We doordashed for Dunkin and the messed up my order completely
My coffee was burnt. The staff was to busy talking. Took forever to get my small coffee and it was horrible
They were very accommodating to present our coffee selections in our own to go mugs
I show up here every Saturday morning for a doughnut and coffee. They were out of glazed ones... how does this happen? Also,... could not get an iced coffee (they were out of ingredients to make it....) oh well...will go back next week!! Read more
Out of evety basic doughnut by 9am. No glaze, no cream filled, no fruit filled. Had to change order several times. Drive through... employee was not trained well on mic and i could not communicate without yelling! Looking through drive through window and itwas very dirty inside, easy to see they are not trained or prepared on how to handle a Saturday rush. Read more
I grew up on lemon filled donuts and coffee at Dunking Donuts in the Boston area and love Dunking Donuts, BUT they have really... changed their business model or this is the worst franchise they have. No lemon donuts, and the coffee tasted like hot dishwater. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had at a Dunking Donuts. You're far better of at a Caseys or Pump andPantry where the coffee is good. I am very disapointed. UPDATE: DECEMBER 3, 2018 Well I found myself in Hastings NE andwanting a cup of coffee. My last review of Dunkin Donuts was not good and now it needs revision. I ordered coffee and a lemondonut and was told the same thing as the last time I was here; "We don't sell lemon donuts." I don't know why this particular DDdoesn't have lemon donuts and maybe other locations don't either although I have never seen a DD who didn't have them and that'sa real negative for me. So I ordered a cup of coffee with cream and a Boston Creme donut. Both were great! The coffee wasstrong, hot and very good. The Boston Creme donut was outstanding. The service was snarky going through the "drive thru" but itmay be that I was asking too many questions about why they had no lemon donuts. I?ve always come here and gotten a great matcha, and good sourdough sandwiches. Brought my friend here this morning and she... ordered a peppermint mocha latte, and it tasted like regular coffee. There was no peppermint or mocha flavoring added that wecould tell, it was pretty disappointing. Read more
