AWFUL! The service was the worst ever. I don?t care to go through drive thru anyway but this was the worst! The person working... was not at all friendly the name was Haiden. Basically told me my total and to pay at the window. Took a while to get my foodand did not even get a thank you! RUDE! Then my fries were ice cold. I really expect when I am paying $11 for a sandwich andfries my fries could at least be warm if not hot! IF I ever eat at Freddy?s again it will NEVER be this location! I?ll drive theextra distance for the one in Grand Island! If I could have given zero stars I would have one star is being generous. Place was very Dirty. Kids standing around talking, which is if you can talk you can wipe and clean. We were the only customers... in there so they had time. I give a 2 star and I feel has a past manager of fast food this would never happen. Read more

I have nothing to say about the building, the food, the counter employees; I'd like to make a few points about this gentleman,... which I assume was the manager on staff at the time. Bravo!! You sir, deserve company recognition to a high level. I, havingbeen in management, would just say that I was simply doing my job had I been in this man's shoes, but they couldn't be anymorefarther from the case here. The customer service you displayed to the table behind my daughter and I was outstanding!! The oldercustomer was with 2 young men, one of which was mentally disabled. Something went wrong with the accuracy of their order and youhad it handled immediately. I couldn't help but overhear you apologize for the mistake and offered to get them fresh fries to gowith the freshly remade food to which they declined but you insisted on it. Having handled disabled customer concerns as well asfriends and family that have a mental handicap of some sort, food is one thing that most see as sacred, for lack of betterwords. The prompt, efficient and courtesy of your actions may have very well saved from that young man's day from being turnedcompletely upside down. Well done sir. Read more

We usually never complain but seriously it was awful tonight... we ordered a kids meal and a hot dog meal and a large order of... cheese curds wich were so soggy with grease they were so gross we just threw them away the box was soaked so much with greasethe box just fell apart.... I just moved to the area and decided to try Freddy's. Honestly, the frozen custard caught my eye, but I was hungry and got a... triple cheeseburger on a lettuce wrap. It was a good burger and quite filling! However, I couldn't leave without trying theirfrozen custard. I bought a small vanilla, no toppings and it was awesome. It's as good as Abbotts in upstate New York. The foodis good, the staff were all very nice and the place was clean, highly recommended! Read more
