2 years ago when I first visited this restaurant, I gave it a five-star review. After an appalling visit this morning that... devolved into a near shouting match with (who I assume is ) the manager, I can't say I'd even return at this point. It is notworth the constant incorrect orders and rude treatment just to get some chicken. There are plenty of places in town that havegood drive-thru chicken. Over the last two years the service has gotten increasingly worse and their attention to detail aswell. This morning, it seemed as if my order had been intentionally prepared incorrectly. Asking for chicken sandwich withoutmayonnaise and then receiving one with so much mayonnaise that it drips out of the wrapper onto your hands and clothes isridiculous. But that said, I was perfectly happy for them to remake my sandwich and I wasn't even angry - Until they refused todispose of the piece of garbage dripping mayonnaise in 90° heat and expected me instead to store it in my car. If covidregulations keep you from taking food back to dispose of it and you're not going to put the effort into getting orders right,just put a garbage can after the drive-thru window. If you haven't done that and you are obviously wrong for having messed upthe order, have someone come out with a trash can. It's actually that simple. Other restaurants do it. But if your manager isgoing to come over and start speaking to a customer in raised voices without even asking what the problem is... Of which, sheactually had the complaint incorrect... I don't really understand what you expect other than for the customer to respond inkind. There's a lot of publicity about how everyone needs to be nice to the service workers... And I fully support that andalways have... But at the same time, you also need to treat your customers with at least the bare minimum of respect. Read more
