If I could give zero stars I would. I used to love Little Ceasars, but today was awful. I ordered our pizza & breadsticks over... the phone at 6:30 PM. They said I'd be 8-10 minutes. We showed up 12 minutes later and it still wasn't done. Waited another 15min. And the gal said she didn't know how much longer it'd be because they were running behind. Waited another 15 minutes,again. Then she tried to give me a pizza that wasn't at all what I ordered. Then Mike began helping me. He said didn't know whathad happened, but that I could keep the pizza as is and they'd get the correct one going for free. Then he also added thatthey'd also reimburse me for what I had already paid. He was very nice and I understand if its a rough night. But my goodness itwas too much. It'll be awhile before we go try them again. Read more
I usually love little caesars but here lately they have been slacking. At first when I tried the half pizza half cheesy bread it... was great. But today I was very disappointed with my order. They say its half. Well mines more 2/3 pizza 1/3 cheesy bread. Andthe way it was cut was all wonky and just didn't look right. Ill still order because I love the cheesy bread because its a goodprice. It was a fine experience. I LOVE the new updates they've done. It seems so much cleaner and up-to-date. The flooring is still a... little haphazard, so watch your step. My biggest complaint was how hot the sauce was. I get that you want it to be warm but itBURNT my hand. It was red and throbbing for probably an hour. Turn that sauce down a tad. I also think they've upped theircustomer service a bit, I don't feel like I'm a nuisance when I order anymore. The clerk who took my order was very nice andsmiley. Read more
