The service is very bad and the food takes a long time to arrive and the waitress never comes back to ask if you need anything.... The manager has a terrible attitude. I'm not going back to that restaurant in Hastings. The Grand Island Perkins has bettercustomer service. Read more
When we got there I asked how long the wait was and the hostess said she didn?t know and walked away. The service here is so... slow. We had to ask to get everything, even silverware, butter, syrup. Got are seats right away and then waited for someone to take are drink order. Then when she got to us 20 minutes later, I ask... how long the food would take and she didn?t know. She said she didn?t even see us sitting there but she just brought out foodright by us. So we just left. Manager wasn?t helping at all.
