The service is very bad and the food takes a long time to arrive and the waitress never comes back to ask if you need anything.... The manager has a terrible attitude. I'm not going back to that restaurant in Hastings. The Grand Island Perkins has bettercustomer service. Read more

When we got there I asked how long the wait was and the hostess said she didn?t know and walked away. The service here is so... slow. We had to ask to get everything, even silverware, butter, syrup. Server was terrible. When I went to pay, the hostess saidseemed like I was inconveniencing her and was just rude. Read more

Got are seats right away and then waited for someone to take are drink order. Then when she got to us 20 minutes later, I ask... how long the food would take and she didn?t know. She said she didn?t even see us sitting there but she just brought out foodright by us. So we just left. Manager wasn?t helping at all. The need to let people know how long before they seat thepeople. Read more

I am extremely disappointed with the service tonight. Watching the staff turn people away 1 hour prior to closing, with only 2... tables seated, stating that they did not have the staff. Failing to check in on our table, but even worse vacuuming and cleaningthe facility 30 minutes before closing and while we were still seated and eating our food. Clearly the staff wanted to leaveearly and this was not a staffing issue. I hope visits in the future will be more professional and service oriented, should wepursue eating here again. Read more

The food was good.... The waitress was sweet..... BUT the management stood around watching and not running to help her TEAM... out... especially on Father's Day! As far as our experience it was muggy in the restaurant, i asked for a diet coke to drink wasbrought a regular coke (which I made my kid drink) then after sitting with empty cups for a long time our whole table had to askfor drinks reminded her AGAIN mine was diet coke I was brought a cherry coke... When my daughter ordered she ordered the potroast stroganoff was asked what 2 sides she wanted then when served was brought the pot roast meal when corrected no big deal...When we received the check we was then charged the correct meal but then ALSO was charged for the 2 sides that were onlyordered because asked... We waited 7minutes for syrup to be brought to the table when all but 1 meal needed... we had to askanother waitress who was cleaning off a table for ketchup because was forgotten twice by ours... And all while the manager wasstanding in the front.... Sad for real sad one of the only FAMILY sit down restaurants in this town....
