Food was good and hot. Nothing special but good. This was my very first and last time eating at a Runza, due to the charges for... the food. See receipt. I ordered a cheese burger combo and a single cheese burger. I was charged for each item separately andwas charged 2 bucks for ordering a meal, WTH !!?? Never again, unbelievable the gread people have in today's world. Ifyou're going to sale a combo then sale a combo don't advertise it then make each item separately. You could have had the nextbest restaurant around. Read more
The one on 2nd Street I went through the drive-thru ordered up a cheese runza I get home and it looks like they took a... sledgehammer and just smashed it to pieces I will never go there again plus it was over $9 just for the runza meal Read more
Greasy runza? Poor food quality, taste and appearance. Gross actually. the Runza ppl would not be pleased. I would be... embarrassed to send this sandwich and fries out the window. I'd post pics, but better not. Poor value. Read more
Absolutely amazing food...... I do not know how i would survive, if there was no Runza. The Employees are always super nice and... helpful. The store was super clean and well stocked. There was fresh made tea, which really made my day!???? Also, the FrenchOnion, onion ring dip is like heaven in your mouth....... Right along with the spicy ranch! YUMMY, YUMMY, YUMMY! Read more
Ran threw the drive threw after my daughters state softball. It was 930 but what kind of runza... runs out of all kinds of... runzas?!?!? So burgers all around. The daughters burger was requested no pickle or onion. That was right, but the ketchup andmustard was so overdone it was oozing out the wrapper. My fries were dumped in the bag upside down. The window girl was nice toour face and at the order speaker, but pretty sure she and the condiment slinger didn't want to be at work anymore. Grandmawould not be proud! I had to come back in and edit cause my swiss mushroom burger was also missing the mushrooms. I would rathergo back to the slow McDonald's at the far side of town! At least the order was right there.
