Expect to wait 45 minutes even when no one else is there. Called while waiting and was told ?we got backed up your order is up... next? yet multiple people who came 10 minutes after me still received their food first. This is getting out of hand, it doesn?ttake 40 minutes to make a burger. At this point go anywhere but here. Read more
I?ve been very understanding, I know they?re short staffed and are struggling. I?ve let a lot of bad service go. But today was... the worst experience I?ve had from ANYWHERE. I order my food and pay, and wait 45 minutes for them to say ANYTHING AT ALL to me.They finally hand me my food, saying ?sorry we can?t put hotdogs on the grill anymore so we had to heat them up? (as if heatingup a hotdog takes 45 minutes?). It was a rather small bag so I pulled over to check everything, and a sandwich was missing (Mindyou, the sandwich was $2.45). I pulled into a stall and asked them to bring it out, they said I didn?t pay for it so I?d have topay, and the manager came out to get my card and was very rude. They did not offer me a receipt to make sure I didn?t pay forit. And they were extremely rude about missing one of my sandwiches. And because of all of that, when I FINALLY got home to eatall the food was ice cold. Not going back for a VERY long time. Read more
If you're willing to pony up the patience needed to deal with staff that seem overwhelmed when you're the only visible customer... in line, and deal with the comically horrible listening skills, this Sonic is pretty good. Just make sure they got your orderright before you leave the place. Read more
Terrible service!! We have went two times in the past week. Waited 25 minutes for 2 drinks!! We pulled out without our drinks.... Terrible terrible! Late for our event and ruined our mood!
