Called while waiting and was told ?we got backed up your order is up... next? yet multiple people who came 10 minutes after me still received their food first. I?ve been very understanding, I know they?re short staffed and are struggling. I?ve let a lot of bad service go. But today was... the worst experience I?ve had from ANYWHERE. I order my food and pay, and wait 45 minutes for them to say ANYTHING AT ALL to me.They finally hand me my food, saying ?sorry we can?t put hotdogs on the grill anymore so we had to heat them up? (as if heatingup a hotdog takes 45 minutes?). It was a rather small bag so I pulled over to check everything, and a sandwich was missing (Mindyou, the sandwich was $2.45). I pulled into a stall and asked them to bring it out, they said I didn?t pay for it so I?d have topay, and the manager came out to get my card and was very rude. They did not offer me a receipt to make sure I didn?t pay forit. And they were extremely rude about missing one of my sandwiches. And because of all of that, when I FINALLY got home to eatall the food was ice cold. Not going back for a VERY long time. Read more
If you're willing to pony up the patience needed to deal with staff that seem overwhelmed when you're the only visible customer... in line, and deal with the comically horrible listening skills, this Sonic is pretty good. Just make sure they got your orderright before you leave the place. Read more
Terrible service!! We have went two times in the past week. Waited 25 minutes for 2 drinks!! We pulled out without our drinks.... Terrible terrible! Late for our event and ruined our mood! Took 15 minutes to give us 2 out of 3 blasts. Then the rude blonde at the window doubted I?d ordered 3. Took another five... minutes. Instead of a blast my daughter got ice cream with a few candies on top. Last two experiences have been negative. Notgoing back. Read more
Took 35 min to complete 5 orders, none of which were big. I ordered two drinks and a shake. Pretty ridiculous. Saw ten cars... leave the drive through line because it wasn?t moving. Either put a sign out front that your service is slow or don?t even open.People shouldn?t be expected to spend more on gas waiting in the drive through than what they spent on their order. I have been to this Sonic probably once a week for the past 3 weeks to just get a drink. Each time, I?ve gone through the drive... thru because honestly, the drive thru should be faster than the stalls. However, every time, I?ve had to sit in the drive thrufor 20 to 30 minutes JUST for ONE drink. If people are ordering a lot in the drive thru or are ordering things that take longer,they should be directed to a stall and staff should bring their food out to them when it is ready. Others whose orders should beready in a minute should not have to wait so long. I?d also like to mention that the drive thru window EVERY TIME I go lookslike it has NEVER been cleaned.
