The worst McDonalds. Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes before any answer after saying hello. Finally took my order, got to... the window, drink handed to me, not a word from the employee, no ?sorry for the wait?. Five minutes later she hands me the food,not a word. The worst experience. Waited 20 mins in the drive through even though there weren?t many people in front of us. Someone even... left the drive through because of how long it took. And waited an additional 10mins before someone even spoke to us at thewindow. Just to get some cold old fries. Read more
The place was freezing!!! Everyone was wearing there hoods!car line was long-tables were not clean-no ketchup and the guy behind... the counter was rude when I said are you serious he said what you think I?m lieing !!!! I think this is the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. And I ordered 4 mc chicken and only gave me 3.
I have been there several times in the past month and prefer to order at the counter instead of using the touchscreen. I was... there twice last week 8/16/22 for breakfast and 8/19/22 and a burger Friday evening and both times the same manager gave me anissue for not using the kiosk. I told him I prefer to talk to a counter person. He informed me that the registers willeventually be removed. I asked if it's ok for me to order with him until that happens? I ate there twice this week, on Tuesday morning 8/16/22 and Friday evening 8/19/22 and on both occasions I wanted to order from... the counter instead of using the kiosk. Both times I was forced to wait over 5 minutes and treated rudely because of mypreference of wanting to tell a counter person my order. Both times the gentleman that took my order was the manager and couldnot hold back his disgust in my preference of human interaction. Unless he is being forced by a superior to act this annoyed itis very unprofessional and this gentleman is running the place and acting this way infront of all the young adults working withhim and following his bad examples. The reason for the one star review is totally for both interactions with this manager and ifthe end game is to belittle the customer for preferring to order from the counter. This gentleman has succeeded in hisquest. Please get back to customer service, like this store was ran when Mr. Gabriel was in charge. He beamed with pride when Iwould see him in the store. Before the new owners took over last year or early this year (don't remember), this McDonalds has gone down hill @ 120mph. Staff... is always goofing off, taking way to long to assist you and my orders went from 100% correct prior to take over, to 10% accuratepresent day! Milkshake machine is ALWAYS down when we go and from knowing one their Ex employees, it's ONLY DUE TO LAZINESS OFCLEANING THE MACHINE! Read more
Place is awful now. Incredibly slow, constantly messing up offers. Waited 20 min in the drive through just to have them take the... order of the car behind me. Worth the drive to another location. Read more
