We ate here twice while staying in Kanab. We planned both our day trips up through Hatch to time up with breakfast. The... breakfast burrito is outstanding!!! The egg & bacon Croissant was also very good. Quick service and friendly staff!!! Read more

We stopped here on the drive from Bryce Canyon to Zion on Thursday, 7/7/2022. I got the Egg and Cheese Bagel ($7). It was very... good! The bagel was nice and warm. My husband got the Bacon, Egg & Cheese Bagel ($8) and Breve ($5.50). He said both were good!Great place to stop in between national parks! Read more

Was traveling through this area with a family member who had heard that there was a "The Place" in Hatch for breakfast. Mind... you, Hatch UT barely qualifies as a "wide spot in the road". There was only one qualified candidate: Sevier Coffee. First andforemost, this is primarily a coffee shop. I think the coffee menu board had between 12 and 15 (more?) items. I like good coffeebut have simple taste: I had an Americano (black). The hot breakfast menu had 7 to 9 items (1 or 2 were vegetarian but notvegan). We both had the "Bacon Breakfast Burrito". If you're familiar, it was just a bit smaller than a Chipotle® burrito.(!!!) Scrambled egg, fried diced potatoes, bacon (not really that much - my only criticism?) in a flour tortilla, heated toslightly crispy around the edge, with a side of thick salsa. My relative couldn't finish and took the remainder for later. Wewere so impressed, even though we had moved campsites, we went back the next day. I repeated my order, my relative switched tothe "Bacon (something?) Croissant". We also split an Almond Danish. (Delish! Perfect flakyness [sp?]) While we didn't ask, weare both convinced that someone there has attended a culinary school and specialized in baking/pastry. We both believe that boththe croissant and the danish were made onsite and not purchased from a supplier. We have no evidence - I wish they hadn't beenso busy or I'd have asked. The first day we stopped, we both needed to make use of the "facilities". There are 2. Both unisex.Accessed from outside, not the shop interior - always a red flag for what's behind the door. I have never, ever, been in an'outside access only' bathroom so clean! I complemented them on it! Minor issue - turn on either the hot or cold tap for thesink and, water leaked from around the cold water handle. I didn't even tell them, they may not know. Extremely minor. For abreakfast, some might find it a bit pricey. The Burrito was $10, the Croissant $9 the smaller of 2 coffee sizes Read more

The iced coffee was good. It still had a strong taste and chocolately flavor despite the ice. My friends ordered the hot coffee... and said it tasted watery. The bagel with egg and cheese was good but nothing special. I wish the bagel was slightly moretoasted. I dont think they make their own bagels and wish they offered more flavors such as whole wheat. This place is awesome. You can make pretty much everything on the menu vegan and/or gluten-free which is amazing for a small... town like this. The barista working there was super friendly and helpful and she made our drinks in like two seconds. They haveoat, almond, soy, and coconut milk too if you prefer dairy-free. Food took maybe ten minutes at most and was deliciousespecially considering the relatively low prices. I went there at around 9 am on a week day and there were a few other peoplearound but it wasn't packed and I barely had to wait at all. I think it took me a totally of 15-20 minutes from the moment Iwalked through the door to when I left with all my food and coffee. I can totally see why people love this place and why it hasa five-star rating. Definitely recommend!! Read more
