Absolutely the worst dominos ever! An employee by the name of Mike is extremely rude and does not have any customer service... skills. I was given the wrong order and he had no sympathy and he refused to fix it. Not that I?d even want him fixing my foodafter the way he talked to me! Avoid this dominos at all costs! I tried to call to speak to someone besides him and they hung upon me. I will be contacting corporate. They honestly need to shut this location down. Flies are also present inside therestaurant and staff does not follow Covid guidelines. Read more
Mike the ?manager? is extremely unprofessional and rude made our pizza wrong and refused to fix it or even apologize. The inside... of the this dominos is also disgusting. Full of flies and gnats. I only gave one star because I can't give zero. Ordered food and over an hour later is arrived cold. When I called the store was... told by an employee that it's cold out and that's why your food is cold. I spoke to a manger who said they would make a neworder and get it out to me. An hour later, still no food. I called the store and was informed that is was never made, I asked tospeak to a manager and for a refund. The store associate hung up on me. I will NEVER order food from any Dominos based on thisexperience. Read more
The staff was very friendly, fast service. What I did NOT like was the taco pizza itself. Most tacos have the meat (I prefer... hamburger), LETTUCE, TOMATO, grated cheese, SOUR CREAM... NOT peppers and onions with no lettuce, and very little chicken! VERY disapointed Read more
I called at 5:09 on a Friday night for a 6:30 delivery for a birthday party. I called Souderton location first (closer to me)... special was $10.99 but was told I had to call Hatfield location their special was $12.99 FOR THE SAME THING! 4 miles apart..ifthat! I called again at 6:50 and was told the driver was leaving in 5 minutes and we would be his first stop. I called again at7:25, my driver showed up at 7:30. I had 15 people waiting for dinner. I ordered 4 pizza?s and 2 cheesy bread. The pizza wasvery dry and over cooked. You need to pay extra for marinara sauce for the cheesy bread! I paid $100 including tip and I stillhad 2 pizza?s left over because it was so bad! Good thing I made some delicious desserts! Never will I waste my money again!
