Doesn?t even warrant one star! Horrible service. I ordered 10 munchkins didn?t even ask what flavors. I told him I wanted 5... pumpkin and 5 chocolate. Then he waited on another customer. Then threw 5 pumpkin and 5 sugar. Rude! Very poor customerservice!!! Read more
The drive thru is always very slow moving. Order gets mixed up or wrong on several occasions. Not sure if it is due to... staffing or another reason, but I try not to go there too often anymore. Read more

When you go inside the store they expect you to use a kiosk instead of using the register like a normal business. One kiosk... doesn?t work at all and the other kiosk barely works. Not all of the items are on or available on the kiosk and we have stillhad to get help from someone to enter things into the kiosk. I will never come back to this Dunkin? We were thankful Dunkin was nearby to our house as we didn't have electricity. I have always loved Dunkin coffee and discovered... the breakfast sandwiches at the beach last summer. However, the woman at the window put a huge wad of napkins in the bag. We arestill using them up more than a week later. While we appreciate extra napkins this was a little wasteful. Read more
Ordered the hummus toast in the drive through. When I opened the box, there were no roasted tomatoes as shown/written on the... menu and the wrong seasoning. I got out of my car and went in. Asked the manager for tomatoes and received no apology for theinconvenience. When they finally handed me a new box, fortunately I checked before I left the store because there were still notomatoes on it. Had to wait a very long time for a new one, and instead of the manager taking the opportunity to apologize forme having to wait even longer (I told her the 2nd time there were still no tomatoes), the manager yelled at the girl because sheleft her station to help me get the correct order. Kudos to this teenager and shame on the grown-up manager. Got to my car and-- the "toast" had not been put in the toaster!!! Read more
This location still hasn?t figured out how to keep up with their customers. I used to come here everyday before I went to my... night shift job and the staff was always pleasant and I got to know them by their names. Fast forward to pandemic mode and stuffchanged a lot and the service is really slow. I appreciate that they?re still open and really trying to serve the customers butthey need to improve quickly. Timing to get through the drive thru is probably a 20-30min wait during peak hours and to even getto the ordering spot. Then you have to wait again to move to the one window. Unfortunately this is probably as good as itgets. Location is okay. It?s situated at a corner but sometimes the traffic is horrendous and trying to get into the drive thrucan be tough at times. Food is the same standard DD and it?s limited supplies. When I try to order munchkins around 2-3 pm?they?re sold out. Staff is friendly but I understand when they don?t sound happy when I pull up. I?m sure it?s a hard balance tostay positive while maintaining a efficient service. Cleanliness for the exterior is good. There?s no trash litteredeverywhere. Prices are stand for this franchise. Overall I?ll still come here because they?ve always been professional andcourteous to me. Read more
