This was my first time at this newer Wendy's and I had a good experience. The dining room was clean, the workers were friendly... and the food was well prepared. The dining room isn't very large, but there were a good bit of seats crammed into the area. Iwill come back here again. Read more
They couldn't understand my english. I couldn't order...4 $5.00 meals. 2 chicken blt and 2 junior bacon cheeseburgers. Some how... the total was over $50.00. So I told them forget it and went to McDonald's across the street. ???? Read more
Staff very pushy with adding to your order (which is corp driven) but it would be nice if they sometimes read the situation... better. 3 different ?no thank you, not tonight. I just had surgery? is over the top. Read more
Went to dine in, while waiting for my food I kept monitoring the screen that says your order is ready. Mine however was sitting... on the counter for well over 5 minutes ready. I asked about it and then realized that that was my food sitting there the entiretime. While waiting I was sitting at a table and started noticing all of these cobwebs and you could clearly tell it hasn?t beencleaned in quite some time. I mentioned it to the manager while I was getting my food. He tells me that they are supposed tohave 10 people but only 6 are there. I suggested that it could be done at nights when they close to clean the place. The managerproceeded to tell me he doesn?t care and not his problem. After hearing that it makes me question how clean their kitchen is ifthey?re understaffed and can?t even do a quick sweep out in the dining area which is why I am now leaving this review. Great friendly service! We had breakfast,the food was hot and fresh but taste was a issue. Very little flavor in the bacon egg... biscuit, potatoes were pretty good,sausage ok. My son had the maple chicken croissant, and said it wasn't great,lackedflavor,and baconator breakfast sandwich,too much on 1 sandwhich,flavors muddled. Probably will go elsewhere for breakfast nexttime. Read more
This is the good Wendy's and I will often pass by other Wendy's located closer to my house to go to this one. The staff is... always nice, well trained and very good with my heavily moddified orders. To me they appear to be adequately staffed and even along drive thru line is served quickly. My wife and I are very happy that they go the extra mile when we order an item withoutcheese to make sure the item is made as ordered. Read more
