The experience could've have been a lot better. The restaurant is very short staffed and not as clean as it should be. Our... waiter Cameron made it bearable to stay and enjoy our meals. I would suggest that the employees at least acknowledge you whileyou are waiting to be greeted by hostess that wasn't there for at least 5-7 minutes. 4 employees walked by us and say a word.Another gentleman I'm gonna assume he was the manager and stated someone will be with you in a few while in passing. The hostessfinally showed up to sit us at a dirty table. We waited a little longer for him to clean the area. OAN the food was greatespecially the Spinach Queso and the Blackberry Margarita. We will not be returning to this establishment but I believe Cameronwas a gem and very good waiter. He was very attentive to all of his tables. We entered this Chilis with our stomachs grumbling after a long day. We sat down and ordered and began to wait. The waitress... said barely anything to us and we weren?t being rude. You may think we were being Karen?s to deserve the treatment that follows,but we would never stoop that low. Minutes passed. Soon it had been 30 minutes. Then an hour had ticked by. Nothing. Normally any time I come here, the experience is great. I ordered a triple dipper and a strawberry presidente margarita, and my... brother got a beer. I get the same drink every time I go, and there's never been a problem with it until today. When the serverbrought my drink, I immediately noticed it was an off-orange instead of pink like it usually is. I took a sip, and it tastedlike straight tequila with salt and a hint of fruity water. I had other people at my table try it because I thought maybe I wasjust not used to alcohol. We asked politely for a replacement. After about 20 minutes or so of waiting, the manager comes up andoffers to remake the drink. The first taste of the remake was great, but then I got to the bottom and there was at least a halfinch LAYER of salt at the bottom of my margarita glass. I had already told the manager I liked the drink based off the firstsip, so I didn't want to have it remade once again. By this time, I was livid and we had already finished our food. Utensils were dirty right out the bag they brought them in. Out of the 5 of us only 1 of us had clean Utensils. Mine even had a... hair wrapped on it. I forgot I did a review for this place four years ago???????????. The things a person will do for a free dessert lol. The... service was trash. Granted, she was kinda new, or she just sucked. We sat right across from the drink station. 15-20mins nodrinks. She's a little busy so I asked about this drink. She responds ' I don't know why a food runner hasn't brought themyet' However I noticed her busyiness was really her just pacing between the tables that are about to leave and had left.(Looking for tips, I can say this because she would scan the tables and leave the dishes. The Caesar salad was dry as hell we had to order extra dressing. When you order something like chicken crispers youexpect the chicken to be crispy. It was not the server said we ordered them original( like what this isn't KFC) No we justwanted chicken crispers, and didn't know they had anything like soggy chicken on his plate. Ordered online . They said my food would be ready at a certain time. After 15 minutes I called they said they were bagging my... food at that very moment. Waited an additional 15 minutes went inside to check no one was at the to go counter. I came back tomy car ,5 minutes later my food comes out cold. The salads are old ,brown, and not fit to eat. We sat at the table 10 minutes before we were told they were changing shifts. Once we got a waitress, Tina, was good. 4 dishes... were ordered. I love eating at Chili's! Casual Tex-Mex with mostly good classic rock, this is a good choice for both taking the family or just... going out with friends. The menu boasts a wide variety of entrees, from steaks and fajitas to pasta and quesadillas. Everyone inyour group will be able to find something they like! Also, you can't go wrong 2-for1 drinks: margaritas, domestic beer, andliquor, and at all times if the day! The staff are very efficient and polite and the managers are also great, so if your partyhas any issues or just want to say "hi!", you're sure to be well taken care of! Be sure to ask them about deals they have goingon, you can often save a decent bit of cash on either lunch or dinner if you go at the right times. Lastly, give them a breakfor the longer-than-usual wait times: so many people want to eat there and the pandemic has made things hard on so manyrestaurants. Don't make it harder for them by thinking you're special. Acting rude and entitled only makes you look like a childand will earn you worse service than you'd get by being polite.
