This could have been a good experience. However, the waitress killed the whole deal and ruined it for us. We were rushed into... ordering before we even had time to look at the menu. Upon taking our order, my husband, who had never been to a Cracker Barrel,asked the waitress what side items came with the lunch special he had ordered and she replied back with a smartelic attitude, asshe flung the menu sharply down on the table and pointing at the list on it of side items, "They are all listed right here! Seeem! See em! You need to borrow my glasses?" Then she snatched up the menu just as fast and stood there staring and noticeablyimpatient to be done with getting our order. He just chose the first on the list. If that was enough, minutes afterward, shereturned to tell him that what he had chosen, they were not having that day. He would have to decide on something else. Shedidn't bring a menu with her for him to even know what to order. He simply told her that he would just have what I had ordered.I had the country fried steak. It took a good 30-45 minutes before we got our food. When she brought it out, she placed ourplates in front of us, and asked if there was anything else we needed? We both said no. So, on the tray she was carrying withour food there was also a basket of rolls and butter. She turns with the basket and walks to the next table and says to the mansitting there, "I thought you might enjoy these while you are looking over your menu, sir." I will NEVER go back to thatlocation again! That person killed the whole experience which should have been a good one. I have never left a restaurant soirritated before then. Read more
This was the weirdest cracker barrel dining experience I've ever had. First, they were out of glasses and gave us small to go... cups. This was strange since the restaurant wasn't busy at all and...glasses wash, right? So not sure how that happens. Second,none of our silverware packets had knives. The host had to sort through to find some. Third, found a hair on the bottom of onebiscuit. And finally, I asked for scrambled eggs with ccheese. Every other time we've eaten at a CB, they've used shreddedcheddar. This time, they literally threw a slice of kraft over the eggs and barely melted it. Just weird, overall. Read more
Clean store and restaurant.ewe were greeted right away and brought to our table the waitress came and we got our drinks within... minutes. We were ready to order and food came pretty fast. My husband order steak medium-rare and fries / chicken anddumplings Steak was grilled perfect but he said it could have seasoned a bit better.he still ate it all myself I ordered chickenand dumplings as my main course and was really amazed not to salty really good seasoned on my part not any one spice wasoverpowered loved it Our waitress was the best waited to bring us condiments ,we had started our prayer, until we were done andanswered "amen: with us. "Thebest" only two people line before we were able to pay and we went on our way. Sure will stop thereagain. Read more

Today: Really enjoyed our visit to this cracker barrel, wait staff were extremely friendly, great atmosphere. We ordered kids... sliders, barrel burger, and meatloaf meals, everything was good. Today I ordered the mamas pancake breakfast from my neighborhood Cracker Barrel and I miss honestly say I once thought Cracker... Barrel had the best pancakes in the world well that?s no longer true. Not only were my pancakes appearing to be undercooked andvery very thin they were also burnt as you can see in the photographs that I posted. You don?t ever have to worry about mespending another dime of my hard earned money in your store. Read more
Stopped in for dinner on a rainy night. They got us in and fed in short order. Just like most Cracker Barrel?s. The biscuits... were fresh and hot. They made the kids burgers perfect and my old timers breakfast was great. Just like I ordered it. Friendlystaff and a clean environment. Good job Cracker Barrel. Read more
