Small portions of food that were cold, messed up order and was told had to buy more to get everything we were supposed to. ... Pop machine out of alot and tastes bad. Horrible service. Would not give firefighter discount after being told they had it. Read more

Usually pretty good but I guess its hard to find people that want to work on Sunday. I don't think a manager was on duty around... lunch time today. Read more

Stopped in for lunch. Super busy. Super friendly staff. Never let it show that they were working under pressure. Even when... customers came up asking about their order they stayed cheerful and polite. As a business owner myself, that is what you like tosee. Great job Firehouse Subs. We will see you next time. Sandwiches were great but for 2 large sub combos we spent over $35. Prices for food as super high. But quality was great.

The atmosphere and energy was amazing. The staff was really inviting, friendly, and attentive. The sub was made from love... because I don't ever remember Firehouse subs being that good. I don't eat at Firehouse much but this has made me reconsider. Ifyou're in the area you must stop by and give them a try. Read more

I like the freshness of the bread, the pastrami and corned beef is good. I added jalapeno and black olives to my sub. I got the... steamer sub. My only complaint is they add way to much sauce. There was so much Mayo, mustard, and Italian dressing on it thatmy bread got soggy. If I order again, I will order with no sauce unfortunately. Read more

This place was busy!!! But the crew in here was hustling and working hard to make all the customers happy. Ken was doing a great... job communicating with customers and then reiterating customer expectations to the line. Read more

Ordered a veggie sandwich, which, according to their menu, comes standard with: sauteed bell peppers, sauteed mushrooms, sauteed... and raw onions, lettuce, tomato, mayo, deli mustard, Italian dressing, provolone, cheddar, and Monterey Jack. I said no sauteedmushrooms or bell peppers, and add pickles, cucumbers, and olives. What I received was the sandwich in the picture. A slab ofbread with cucumbers, pickles, olives and cheese. That's it. Who made this sandwich and thought, "yes, this must be what theyordered"? Read more
