Very nice place to eat, great menu, great friendly staff, pleasant experience.
We were so excited to eat here after a long weekend of soccer. We are from out of town and dont get to eat McAlister s often.... Adrian didn't listen to anything when taking our order and then was rude when trying to figure out her screwups. Jenna was alsoextremely rude when we told her how long we had been waiting. It took over 30 minutes to get our food that was cold. No oneapologized!! There was one tattooed up employee that was super nice but everyone else was super rude and no one knew what wasgoing on with peoples orders. Extremely disappointing. They need better management! I went to the half store in Turtle Creek mall and they didn't have my bread bowls. I love McAlister's for these. Had to go to... this location for it. My favorite Pick 2 is the Half Reuben and the broccoli cheese soup with a bread bowl. Read more
